I went to North Country BBQ today in Rotterdam for the first time, my brother had the ribs and brisket with side dishes, he is a BBQ
"expert" has hit just about everyplace in the area and around the state and said it was great. I tried the potato salad, made different
and it was delicious. The owner a very nice, pleasant atmosphere : )

Yup that place is good, very friendly workers and the place has that Adirondack feel to it which I love, they also have sweet baby ray's sauce which is a bonus

We were planning to take the extended family out -- try someplace new -- sounds like this might be a place they would all enjoy.

Easy to get to, if you know where Bellevue Builders is its that street where they have that drive through lumber yard, 10 seconds up the road and its on the left right next to the tire shop.

I know where it is -- just wonder if it has room for about 20 or so of us.

I checked out their facebook page.  Looks like they have a very good menu that would satisfy the tastes of a wide-range of bbq lovers.

I believe it is owned by part of the Borst family -- not the whole family.  The Borst's are good people so whatever the arrangement is -- I am sure it is a great place with great food and great service.

Notice, it's always always family or extended family.   It's NEVER  "my wife and I."   Oh wait, that's right, I forgot.

Such a mama's boy, can't do anything without the family.   No wonder he doesn't have a home or even an apartment of his own.

He can't even get away from the family to go and get a job in order to become an adult man like the calendar says he should be.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

The Borst family did a great job running the tire store and automotive repair operation for many years.  They always gave great service.
