i believe that this case was thrown out by the judge in November 2011, ruling the eavesdropping statute was unconstitutional. but the guy went broke paying attorney fees to prove he was not guilty!!!

I hope he gets the 75 years for terrorizing these costumed heroes. What he did was total disrespect for state authority. Why would he want to record the conversations of our holy government officials? They don't lie they don't deceive, and they certainly don't CONSPIRE.
