Why didnt you post the Plessy v Ferguson decision?

Often the wheels of justice turn slowly... Look at how long it took to finally make Roe V Wade
the law of the land.

Keep your natural rights.  I'll keep the US constitution.
When our rights are trampled, you can go to your GOD and see what he does about it.
I'll go to the US Supreme court and have my rights restored.

Like I said you know nothing, the constitution or bill of rights is just that, it is a list of our NATURAL rights. Also I don't put my rights in the hands of others even if you do, my rights are protected by my GOD given 2nd amendment.

So you have first hand verifiable knowledge of a crime being committed...
have you reported it as any good citizen would do?
Surely you will do the right thing and are not turning your head in the other direction!

Guilty of what?
Pass a background check and buy a gun.  It's that simple... Unless...
Unless you are a Terrorist, domestic or foreign, who knows that you couldn't pass a background
check.

and you think you are clean enough to go to 'gun heaven'.....really? it's like confessing sin before entering heaven...

precrime....you just can't seem to rid yourself of the purification practice of religion.....

you set up your gods which are no better than yourself.....you fail to respect the human first....shame on you for making
our government a god-head....

separation of church and state is one thing but the practice of religion (psychiatry/ology is it's own religious black magic)
under the guise called the almighty government is insidious...

shake off your shackles Box.....

guns don't kill....fear kills

fear shackles

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Roe vs. Wade is the Dred Scott decision of the Pro-Death movement and the liberal politicians who support abortion are the John C. Calhouns and George Wallaces of the Pro-Death movement.  Eventually, Roe vs. Wade will be overturned and abortion will become illegal just slavery.  And the pro-death politicians will take their place in the trash bin of history along side their infamous comrades.

So say if I live in N Korea, and I tell the govt there that I have a right to own a gun...
I'll just tell em that it's my RIGHT and my RIGHTS are not given to me by MAN...
And then they shoot me.

The exact same scenario in the USA... only I tell them that it's my RIGHT!!!
My Constitutional right to free speech, to bear arms, freedom of (and from) religion...
and GOVT bound by MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS insures my RIGHTS.

N Korea... no constitution but born with my god given rights... Im dead!
USA... Constitutional rights (no god, no man) and I'm sippin an iced tea in the shade enjoying
my RIGHTS.

So splain it again for me.  Must be I have it wrong.

They have the same rights but it up to them to defend it or install a government that will recognize their rights, we had to do the same thing and it took a lot of blood to do it but we prevailed. All we did was created a government to recognize our rights not grant them, that is why the declaration states if the government fails to recognize these rights it is the duty of the people to alter or abolish said government and replace it with one that will recognize our rights. Its not hard to understand.

So my rights are exact, legal, specific...
yours are vague and what everyone wants them to be at the time they are fighting for them...

Mine are the basis for my government...
Yours are... nothing... just an idea.

Which would I prefer... real, specific, legal, enforceable, guaranteed RIGHTS,
or
Henry's vague idea where every citizen makes up what is and is not a right???

No contest.

Um... Henry.  What happens if YOU think that you have a right to freedom of religion...
and your neighbor, thinks that his rights include a national religion?

Do you shoot him to procure your rights, and deny his?
