Very interesting considering that:

and that

so, using that information, I believe he was out of the US for 6mths or so, and according
to green card rules for overseas travel, he was not in violation:

There is an issue about how long he was outside the country -- this is obvious because the Obama administration had to "cover its a**" by claiming that someone misspelled Scum Bag #1's name and that is why they missed that he was out of the country for more than 6 months.

It is difficult to follow this story because the Obama administration has been lying and obfuscating since the event happened.  The fact is that Obama and Napolitano failed to keep America safe -- and IMHO they both should resign.

Nice CYA twist...doesn't wash and you know it.
Records are out there, and verifiable... he was gone under one year.
and he had green card, not Visa......different!

If you are being denied a natural right without being found guilty of anything then there is a problem. Even a dumb sh*t like you I would have expected to at least protect due process.

It's a dead giveaway when Henry is losing... he's swearing!

Natural Right???
natural right
noun
any right that exists by virtue of natural law.
natural law
noun
a principle or body of laws considered as derived from nature, right reason, or religion and
as ethically binding in human society.

Henry thinks that God (nature) gave him the right to buy a gun.
(Do Henry and Cic have comedy writers to come up with this stuff!!!)

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Its hard to hold back when I see a American so willing to give up their liberties, especially someone who took an oath to defend it, not that I doubt you ever took it seriously to begin with. By the way a natural right is just that a right, it is not given to you by anyone else, you are born with it. Our founders understood that, those who signed the Declaration of Independence knew that.

Lol...Box believes human rights are granted by his parental authority in government.  The government will tell you when, how, and what you can defend your life with.

If you are assaulted by a person with a gun with a 30 round clip and you defend yourself with a gun with a 10 round clip, you are both criminals in the eyes of mommy and daddy government in NYS.

This is real honest to god logic by the left.  If you disagree with this law, you are accused of disparaging the dead children from Sandy Hook.

This really passes as logic in left wing circles.

LMAO!!!
So... Let me get this straight... You think that you have a "GOD GIVEN" RIGHT to own a gun???
Come on!  You're kiddin right???
I mean, did GOD include "YOU WILL HAVE GUNS" in the 10 commandments?

Gun restrictions have been repeatedly been found to be CONSTITUTIONAL... I know... we're back
to you spouting your OPINION as if it were FACT again huh?

I love this one!!!  Hey, Jim Crow law were found Constitutional!!!

HAHAHA!!!  Box would have been quoting a Supreme Court decision(opinion) as FACT to support his argument that men in government are the grantors of human rights.

I would have been arrested by box's all knowing and always just government when if I drank out of a blacks only water fountain.  And box would be cheering the cops that arrested me for having violated a law determined "Constitutional" by the all knowing justices in their black robes(costumes).

Absolutely just like I have a God given right to free speech and a God given right to a fair trial before being punished. Man doesn't give rights and he has no right to take them unless that person infringes on another's.  You have zero understanding of what rights are and your posts continue to prove that to the rest of us, its actually very sad someone at your ripe old age never took the time to understand it. I know the military brainwashed you into believing you must obey a supposed higher chain of authority but that isn't how the rest of America works. I guess its good some like you fell for it, people like you is what gives people like me a reason to fight even harder for what I believe in, you're like a living example to what we could be and it is scary.

these are being made in PRISON.....by INCARCERATED PRISONERS!!!!

Quoted from Henry
This is why many are creating guns for the new generation, no background checks, no serial numbers, no politician knowing what you have. People see what idiots like box are trying and it won't work no matter how hard they try.

The Liberator

** Except for the firing pin and barrel, it's all printed polymer. Looks aside, the point is the proof of concept. To that end, it's a success:

All sixteen pieces of the Liberator prototype were printed in ABS plastic with a Dimension SST printer from 3D printing company Stratasys, with the exception of a single nail that’s used as a firing pin. The gun is designed to fire standard handgun rounds, using interchangeable barrels for different calibers of ammunition.

The 2nd Amendment is a fundamental American right.   Those of us who defend liberty are fighting to protect that right just as we even fight to protect ignorant left wing nuts like Box say or post completely irrelevant and stupid things.  Box has a right to talk stupid and we have a right to own guns.

Sayin it don't make it so!

Quoted Text
Jim Crow laws were state and local laws in the United States enacted between 1876 and 1965
They mandated de jure racial segregation in all public facilities in Southern states of the former
Confederacy, with, starting in 1890, a "separate but equal" status for African Americans.

State-sponsored school segregation was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme
Court of the United States in 1954 in Brown v. Board of Education. Generally, the remaining
Jim Crow laws were overruled by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Keep your natural rights.  I'll keep the US constitution.
When our rights are trampled, you can go to your GOD and see what he does about it.
I'll go to the US Supreme court and have my rights restored.

I'm a gun owner and believer in the 2nd amendment.  I also agree with (Conservative) Supreme
Court Scalia.  His ruling on gun rights:
Quoted Text
Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited.
(For those who quote their 'opinion' of the Constitution... please note the above)
It is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever
(Again for those who quote their 'opinion' of the Constitution... please note the above)
and for whatever purpose: For example, concealed weapons prohibitions have been upheld
under the Amendment or state analogues. The Court’s opinion should not be taken to cast
doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally
ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and
government buildings, or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial
sale of arms. [United States v.] Miller’s holding that the sorts of weapons protected are
those “in common use at the time” finds support in the historical tradition of prohibiting
the carrying of dangerous and unusual weapons.

The ‘Liberator’ pistol is not fancy. In fact, it’s hard to imagine a firearm less fancy than the FP-45, unless it’s made from water pipe in a Prison workshop.
