Soldier Arrested For Firing Shots At Person In West Tulsa

Tulsa Police arrested a man they said fired multiple gunshots at a person in a home in the 500 block of South 45th West Avenue late Monday.

Marcus Tanner, 23, was booked on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill following his arrest at 9:57 p.m. He's being held in lieu of $75,000 bond.

According to Tulsa County jail records, Turner is a soldier in the U.S. Army. The report says Tanner fired his gun at the victim multiple times but does not say if the victim was struck or what led to the shooting.

His court appearance is set for March 25, 2013.
