That, or the laws restricting legal gun ownership is reducing the number of households eligible to own guns.

BTW, how do they know what homes own guns?

They don't know they just want to act like they know, the difference in estimates has always been in the millions. The number I believe is increasing but the numbers who admit they own guns might be decreasing, more people don't want the government to know what they own.

New laws that may restrict GunHuggers have just been enacted, so they have yet to restrict ownership.
A shrinking number of GunHugger households... An increasing number of guns = more guns in less hands...
Or stockpiling.

homes can't own guns just like guns can't kill

THEY ARE BOTH INANIMATE OBJECTS.....

Let us take another look at your false premise.

The geniuses at a hospital and Harvard, both being non-experts in causes of societal
discrepancies and gun ownership theory, while ejaculating on themselves they extrapolated
from hand picked data that:
"states like Massachusetts and New Jersey with strong gun laws experience 42 percent
lower gun fatalities than those with liberal laws like Louisiana and Utah"

Therefore more guns = more death.

First of all, you can't use strict gun laws as evidence of less guns.

2nd, it's an outright false statement.

Perhaps societal ignorance and redneck behavior take a part in the gun death rates.

Perhaps a million things do.

You can't just make a blanket statement that more guns equals more gun deaths.

Evidence:

In Switzerland every man, woman and child could easily get their hands on a fully
automatic weapon. The reason being that every adult citizen and home has one or
more on hand at all times. Yet it does not equal more deaths, more mass killings,
nor more need to pass laws to regulate and disarm them.

Take your twisted excuse for logic and put it back into your box of monkey poop and
try again.

More guns, especially very good guns = less gun deaths, less crime and less need for
socialist intervention.

The difference being Americans are much more dangerous than the Swiss.

This is due to the lawless society that is the result of over regulation and excessively
victimless crimes against the state. American culture forces people to ignore laws because
half are victimless and are perfectly legal when performed by licensed government
designated persons and/or corporations.

Drugs
alcohol
gambling
prostitution
guns
pornography
safety laws, such as seat belts, speeding, or any other traffic offense whereby a person
is charged for not doing anything, to anyone, except be seen by the state performing illegal
victimless actions.

Each of the above actions are perfectly legal when performed by licensed hand picked
persons or corporations.

This breeds lawless behavior.

Self evident truths are thrown out the window and replaced with hand picked profiteers.

The laws are then used to eradicate targeted individuals from society to work in prison
factories.

More laws equals more crime equals more deaths.

Government selected corporations have rights that citizens do not.

The Swiss are trusted members of their society.

Americans are possible terroristic threats and likely criminals to every branch of the corrupted
government and the corporations they serve.

The more the government cracks down, the more criminals are born, until you become North
Korea right here in the US.

Government takeover of alcohol, tobacco, firearms etc and selective allowance of distribution
has brought us to this place. A place where the black market exists in every city. A place where
the government is no longer trusted to do what's right and fair for the citizens, but favors the
wealthy and corporations.

Now the government continues it's massive favoritism expansionism by inventing copyright
policing laws, making sharing illegal, invading every word typed or spoken by electronic
eavesdropping to hunt down and make examples of  people who dare to not be obedient
slaves to government protected entities.

The safety and security of the people no longer matter. The safety and security of the
government, the chosen corporations that they favor, and the wealthy are the issues of
national security.

All men were created equal. Then government actions removed the equality clause for
the government chosen people, businesses and themselves.

Laws are not only created to target those who challenge or attempt to compete with the
government protected thugs, they are used to fill the prisons with cheap labor.

News flash.

Treat people with respect, treat them as equals, and power down the militarization of
the government with the American people in the cross hairs.

Deregulate, decriminalize, and De-escalate the growing police state.

Instantly the number of criminals will be cut in half.

How effective was the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban?

Quoted Text
According to the official National Institute of Justice Assessment:
The share of gun crimes involving Assault Weapons declined by 17 percent to 72 percent for the
locations observed in this study (Baltimore, Miami, Milwaukee, Boston, St. Louis, and Anchorage)
during all or some of the  1995-2003 post-ban period.
This is consistent with patterns found in national data on guns recovered by police and reported
to ATF.

However, in the jurisdictions studied, the decline in Assault Weapon use was offset throughout at
least the late 1990s by steady or rising use of other guns equipped with large-capacity magazines.
The failure to reduce large-capacity magazine use has likely been due to the immense stock that
was in place prior to the ban as well as imports, the report found.
The few available studies do, however, suggest that attacks with Assault Weapons and other
semiautomatics equipped with large-capacity magazines result in more shots fired, more people
hit, and more wounds per victim than do attacks with other firearms.

What is the trend in crimes involving assault weapons since the ban’s expiration?

Quoted Text
There has been no comprehensive nationwide study done since 2004. However, the Police Executive
Research Forum reported several findings in "Guns and Crime: Breaking New Ground by Focusing
on the Local Impact" in 2010.  Since the ban’s expiration in 2004:

* 37 percent of police agencies who responded to this survey reported that they’ve seen noticeable
increases in the use of assault weapons by criminals.

* 53 percent reported seeing increases in large-caliber handguns, such as .40 caliber weapons.

* 38 percent reported noticeable increases in criminals’ use of semiautomatic weapons with
high-capacity magazines (holding 10 or more rounds).

Guns are not the problem.

American culture is.

The Swiss have guns in every home.

They don't have Americans in every home.

Socially engineered Americans are the danger.

When you grandfather Simian Bootlick Rox Sr. was clamoring for new "good" laws
that would save lives by banning alcohol, he was wrong.

His new laws tore the country apart.

When your father, Simina Bootlick Rox Jr. was clamoring for new "good" laws
that would save lives by banning drugs, he was wrong.

His new laws tore the country apart.

Not to be outdone by your ancestors, you, Simina Bootlick Rox III clamoring for new "good" laws
that will save lives by banning guns, he was wrong.

Your new laws will continue to tear the country apart.

Is it so hard for you to imagine treating adults like adults, giving them a chance to
do the right things in life without the threat of government force on their throats?

The Swiss manage to have guns in every home.

Every home.

Every home.

Every home.

It does not cause more death.

You are completely brainwashed that only the government can correct all the problems
of society by the threat of the use of force and death.

Then you demand tougher laws for those who threaten the use of force and death
as a problem solving tool.

You teach the use of force and death as your preferred method of solving every problem.

You fail to recognize these beliefs being programmed into today's kids, to be your future
problems needing more tougher laws to create an even more deadly crop of killer kids
after that.

Your track record is miserable failure.

You can't win a war.

You can't make peace at home.

You can only continue to make enemies every day with new brainstorms designed to
eradicate another segment of society.

People are waking up to your BS. They will not follow you f'en monkeys blindly any longer.

You have divided the country with these actions. You wish to further divide the country and
further militarize the government.

We all know the end result. Like Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq, Afghanistan, prohibition, the drug war,
gambling, prostitution, gambling, pornography, the copyright wars, the war on terror, etc. all failures.

100% failures on every try. You got lucky in WWII with an incredible weapon being invented, but even
lost the ability to ever use it again. You represent the simpleton segment of society that is totally
brainwashed and believes that wars can be won with enough death and violence.

You are the Great Satans of our time. You will escalate death and destruction in a once great land.

You want America to fail so you can blame the Republicans.

You are an evil seeker of death and destruction.

Don't let me keep you, I know you must be busy planning new ways to kill babies and children.
