Lol!  Sorry bud, you used 9/11 to justify the innocent women and children in Pakistan and Yemen being killed by American drones.  Don't you remember?  Isn't that the double standard you are talking about?   When I undressed you for invoking the 9/11 memorial to make the moral equivocation between the Saudi hijackers in 2001 killing innocent Americans in the WTC and U.S. drones killing innocent PAKISTANI children at weddings in 2012.

Teen Shot in Foot by FDA Security Guard Held on $10,000 Bail

The 15-year-old boy shot outside a federal FDA office in Bothell Friday is being held for possible charges, according to the Everett Herald.

The 15-year-old boy shot outside a federal FDA office in Bothell Friday is being held pending possible
criminal charges, according to the Everett Herald.

The teen's bail has been set at $10,000 while investigators look at possible second-degree assault
charges in connection with the incident, the Herald said. They boy was shot in the foot by a FDA security
guard after an altercation in the parking lot.

Prosecutors have until Wednesday to file charges, according to the Herald.

Nothing to plea to yet. He has not been charged yet. They have until tomorrow to file charges.

Bothell boy released from detention after being shot, no charges yet

Officials with the Snohomish County Prosecutor's office have confirmed that the 15-year-old Bothell boy, who was arrested for assault after being shot by a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) security guard, has been released from juvenile detention.

Prosecutors have not made a decision yet on whether the boy will be charged and what he will be charged with.

The possible charges range from assault to hit-and-run and stem from an incident on Feb. 8. The Bothell Police Department received a 911 call at approximately 7 a.m. from someone at the FDA’s Pacific Regional Laboratory building in the Canyon Park neighborhood. The report was of a suspicious person in the parking lot.

Two contract protective security officers approached the boy in the parking lot and he fled on foot, according to Snohomish County Sheriff's Office officials.

The boy returned a short time later and got into a vehicle parked at the facility. As the guards approached the vehicle, the suspect backed out and the vehicle struck one of them. The security officers fired at the vehicle and shot the boy in the foot. The boy was then involved in a hit-and-run accident on his way back home.

That accident, which the Bothell Police Department is investigating separately from the shooting incident, took place on SR 527 and 228th Street Southeast. The driver of the second vehicle was not injured in the accident.

Northshore School District spokesperson Leanna Albrecht confirmed that the boy attends Secondary Alternative School located directly behind the FDA building.
