I didn't embellish, the witness did.  If the guard was assualted by the vehicle, then I assume the guard was in close proximity to the vehicle to get hit.  The witness timeline says the 15 year old gets in the car FIRST, then the guards point their guns at the vehicle, THEN the boy started driving.

Whether they were standing in a line, in a circle, in a triangle, in a hexagon, the witness said their was multiple guards aiming their weapons at the 15 year old boy.

BTW...When do you think they are going to report the status of the guards?  The reporters seem to have over looked that information.  We'll have to wait on that.  But they were able to report the details on the 15 year old, what he was charged with, where he was detained, the extend of his injuries...But nothing on the guards.

Call the reporters too...I'm concerned about the health of the guards.  I would really like to know the injuries sustained during the assault.  I would imagine the injuries are life threatening seeing how lethal force was used against a 15 year old.

why he was at a place that it was common knowledge at the school that you didn't go there;
why he was driving a car; why he ran away; why he backed his car into a guard;
why he hit another car after he left; and what exactly did he do to deserve such inhumane treatment.

Those are pretty good questions too.  But I think there is quite a bit more information about the 15 year old boy.  The reports list his injuries, that he was charged with assault to coincide with the justification of the shooting, where they found him, that he crashed the car 1 mile away from the scene of the shooting.  We just haven't heard much about the guards and their well being. I'm really concerned about the guard that was assaulted; he must be really hurt to provoke a response to shoot a 15 year old boy.

I've posted on a dozen message boards over the years... this is the only one that I've posted on that
has a deep hatred for the police.
There are bad cops... some are awesome cops... most are somewhere in between.  If you were to make
up your opinion of America's police force strictly by the posts on this board, you would assume that every
cop is a deranged killer.

I knew a few Schdy cops, I have seen Rotterdam police in action, I've briefly known one Glenville cop and
acquaintances with Fulton county Sheriff deputies, Amsterdam city police and several NY state police...
All that I knew were good men trying to do the best job that they could do for their community.
That is not the picture painted on this board by a very few posters here.

The problem seems to originate in the minds of those posters, not in the actions of the police.

You make a very good point, and one I've agreed with...
"ya better ask the questions and get the FACTS!!!"....all the anti-guards/anti-governemnt rhetoric is conjecture,
but these guards are convicted and condemed already on this forum.  I've only pointed out questions and details available, and
added the caveat that information is misleading and inaccurate.  Why not wait until we have all the facts.
But therein lies the other rub...if all the facts are not in favor of the "victim" then again, the reporting
is concocted to justify the actions taken...COVER-UP!

ther are some on this board that whenever there is a MILITARY or POLICE involved incident,

The 15 yr old kid could have been an innocnet victim, but we don't really know (although reports don't seem to tend that way)
Some preach equality on this forum...so let's applky equality...the guards may have been justified in their actions for fear of their life...
but we don't know, (although on this forum they must be and always wil be guilty of wrongdoing)
Let's see if there is a final fact discovery of the incidents and resulting information to answer the questions.
