This is a pretty amazing commercial.  How do you defend the Constitution AND obey the orders of those appointed above you?  What if the orders are unconstitutional?

This commercial was just released 1 week ago.  After the passage of the NDAA, I can see cause for concerned about a branch of the military putting out this kind of propaganda.

Defending freedom and democracy around the world with undeclared wars is the first unconstitutional order that has been given.

I understand that this is a total waste of time... and I've posted it several times before but here goes
one more time:
Quoted Text
These articles require the obedience of LAWFUL orders. An order which is unlawful not only
does not need to be obeyed, but obeying such an order can result in criminal prosecution of the
one who obeys it. Military courts have long held that military members are accountable for their
actions even while following orders -- if the order was illegal.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.
