What everybody needs to know about our Constitution and gun control

For those on the board who actually believe anything that comes out of FoxSnooze... Here
are some FACTS:
(By Juan Williams,  January 16, 2013 FoxNews.com)

~Gun control is completely consistent with the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

~The Supreme Court has ruled, several times, that the president, the Congress, state and local
government all have the power to regulate guns.

~Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia acknowledged that the Second Amendment is “not unlimited”
and is  “not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for
whatever purpose.”

~Article II of the U.S. Constitution clearly grants Obama and any other president the authority and
the discretion to issue executive orders with the force of law over the sale of guns and ammunition.

~To be crystal clear: President Obama has the legal authority to enact gun safety measures through
executive order. That is not a matter of opinion. It is a statement of fact.

For all the "hysterical little girls" who have been crying for weeks about Obama & Gun Control... these
FACTS will keep them "crying" and "hysterical" for years.... but that won't change these FACTS.

My post had nothing to do with 'criminals' Shadow... it concerns the lame GunHuggers view of the
US Constitution.  They decide what is Constitutional... If they disagree with a law they
decide that it's against the Constitution...
Their opinion is the exact opposite of what Constitutional experts and the Supreme Court of the USA say,
but they are undeterred by FACTS... they prefer their OPINION.

The state capitol was full of em yesterday... "Winy hysterical little girls"... crying because the Constitution
doesn't match their agenda.
