A person has no obligation to obey an unconstitutional law.
Just as all the Sheriffs are stating nationwide.
Also, Box's argument that some retarded guy he knew challenged what he felt was unconstitutional law and it cost him some money, does not prove unconstitutional laws must be followed. All laws are assumed by their creators to be constitutional as translated by themselves.
All laws that get challenged are by victims of those bad laws.
Example: Laws were passed in Chicago and DC banning all concealed weapons.
The laws were found to be unconstitutional and were dissolved from the books.
That makes those laws criminal acts and rights violations at the time they were enforced.
I guess the oath to defend the constitution has an expiration date.
