No they're not.  They are decreasing the weapons options for citizens.  The people at the DoD call weapons manufacturers to develop new and more lethal weapons.  They sit and watch with erections as the weapons representative puts on display the newest and deadliest state of the art weapon that they are trying to sell to the government.  Then the DoD decides to purchase a large volume of these weapons at the expense of the citizen.

Unlike Cicero, who's posts "flexible Facts"... I attempt to post the actual facts.

I (and our government) is attempting to deescalate the NRA Plan to sell more guns by promoting
the need for an ever increasing weapons option.
I'm not the one escalating the US civilian arms race... that honor belongs to the anti govt types
on this board, and the NRA!

Usually your facts are just propaganda, not even closely related to the actual issues.

In other news, Joe Biden offers a glimpse of what he intends to recommend on Tuesday:

WASHINGTON — Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. will present President Obama with proposals for stemming gun violence by Tuesday, ...

Mr. Biden also hinted that the package of proposals would address the ability of the federal government to do research on gun violence, comparing the limits on federal data gathering to restrictions on the government’s ability to study traffic fatalities in the 1970s.

He said the government needed the ability to find out “what kind of weapons are used most to kill people”

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well that should put an end to  the AR-15 debate.

Goodbye Knives and Hammers
(the real assault weapons of choice)

Again you post unrelated charts for your illogical conclusion.

Biden said specifically  "the government needed the ability to find out “what kind of weapons are used most to kill people”

You pounce on it like a fly on a turd and post a chart showing weapons that kill the most people.

Again he want to know what weapons are used most to kill people.

Your brain disallows comprehension.

Weapons used the most to kill people, not weapons that can kill the most people quickly.

Your IQ drops every time you post. You have absolutely no reading comprehension at all.

Again, I will now differ to my previous statement of you being the monkey flinging $hit at the
monitor to see what sticks.

Go ahead, genius, help the VP out and post a chart showing the weapons used the most to kill
people, as your assistant commander in chief requested.

The AR-15 issue is dead. Even Biden has been enlightened.

Assault rifles are not by any stretch of the imagination the weapons used the most to kill people.

Had the 1994 Assualt Weapons Ban not been allowed to expire 35 of the guns used in mass shootings,
and their large capacity magazines, would likely not have been available.

Again, totally ignoring the gigantic weapons issue for your personal hatred of the rights of law
abiding citizens to own semi-automatic weapons.

Biden is actually looking at the proper issues, while you continue to dwell on the hysterical little girl
cowardly issue..

Actually there were 12 "hysterical girls" killed at the Newtown school shooting, and 8 little boys...
I wouldn't call any of them cowardly.

Blaming the victims to further your hysterical little girl cowardly agenda?

Even for you that is a cheap shot.

You need to apologize for that comment.

If a relative of one of those killed read your words they would hate you.

That is what they do L4L they use the tragedies for their own agendas, don't let a crisis go to waste as Rahm Emanuel stated

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."

You post about "cowardly hysterical little girls"... Your only interest is in promoting more violence,
as you ignore the past victims of your agenda.
How many more "hysterical little girls (and boys) must die before you do something to prevent their
deaths?
Another 20?
Another 50?
When do you have enough children s blood on your hands as you pound your fist for MORE GUNS!
You speak of cowardice... Those hysterical little girls had more courage than you can muster.

BTY... glad you are back on your meds.

Nice try.

Those poor children faced an actual threat.

You cowardly tremble at the idea of freedom and gun rights for law abiding citizens.

YOU CANNOT PROTECT ANYONE WITH A LAW!

Banning semi automatic weapons will solve nothing.

You want the government to respond to the weapons used the least to kill, because you are a coward.

You attempt to make it out to be the biggest threat of all time.

Your hysteria is the only threat.

Go after the major causes of death, not your paranoid isolated cause of death issue.

Blood on my hands?

Try your drone supporting blood soaked hands that killed more people that civilian assault rifles
did in the history of the country.

You support mass killings, but cry "for the children's safety."

While your drones kill innocent children as you sleep.

Even on Christmas your drones were busy killing for your safety.

OK... SO I WAS WRONG!  I admit it.
I assumed that your ranting was over today because you were back on your meds.
I've made a mistake.  You're still as crazy as you were in this mornings rants.

Your posts don't even make sense... and are not worth a response.

His post made perfect sense, you just didn't have nothing to come back at him with other then BS. All your talk about assault weapons and the truth is you are more likely to have your head bashed in with a rock then to be shot by a assault rifle. I asked before with not much of a reply, why is it you fear gun owning law abiding citizens, I don't want to hear a type of gun has no purpose I want to hear why you fear the person.
