Nah...I'm still here.  I will use my right to Free Speech for as long as Box's buddies allow me that right.  Since rights and freedoms of expression are only granted by the state and are not an inherent to humanity.  I will use them while I have the permission of my rulers.

and costumed people across this country will continue to defend as needed and support without prejudice that right to freedom of speech, no matter how convoluted, bigoted, controversial, misleading, or narrow minded it might be

It can be done without a warrant. It just isn't admissible in court without the warrant.

Use your search engine of choice and search warrantless wiretapping and you will quickly realize your understanding is incorrect.  The executive branch doesn't need a signed warrant.

And I'm not surprised you support detainment without due process.  Authoritarians usually do.

Well, I guess since I'm not worried about being subjected to these types of concerns, and since I am an "Authoritarian", I have nothing to fear, so it's no big deal to me. Now if they do it to you, it's likely justifiable considering your rantings. Have a nice day and "speak up" when you are on the phone....pronounce your words clearly!!!! Oh. forget it....the microphones hidden around your house wil capture everything anyway!!!!!
