Not quite... The Dems have passed Health Care Reform and increased taxes for the Richest Americans... The Repubs have fought Health care for all Americans and supported more and more tax cuts for the rich... I don't see those two things as being "the same", nor do most Americans. The Repubs have fought Health care for all Americans and supported more and more tax cuts for the rich...I don't see those two things as being "the same", nor do most Americans. They both have run up the national debt and created inflation which causes the cost of goods and services to go up around you, making the "beneficiaries" of Compulsory Health Insurance no better off financially and is actually dragging the middle class down, and the increase of taxes on the richest Americans makes the rich no worse off financially, and still in control.
There is no difference because the power brokers at the top are still benefiting by maintaining the two party charade. Two-third of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and 40% of Americans have less than $500 in savings.
America has a total of $222 TRILLION in debt. There is no way to pay it. The health insurance legislation and taxing the "rich" is just window dressing to appease the masses.

There is a small group of people who have decided to cash in on the recent killings of 20 kids at Sandy Hook. They know that once the ban has taken effect, the assault weapons bought today legally at $600 to $1000 will double in price once they are illegal to be sold in the USA. There is nothing new about Gun Runners... they cash in on death in every war or conflict, often arming both sides of a dispute for blood money. Organized crime in America is big business... gun running is but a small part of their empire.
