Majority rule did not choose corporate control.

You are thinking of bribes and kickbacks that bought off the will of the people.

Then you are saying we have a rouge fascist government that the American people are aware of but have no control over.

Well, of course I am saying exactly that.

The corporations control the government.

Why are people voting then?

I have to disagree.  I think many Americans like their corporate and government masters.  They gladly exchange their individual freedom for the promise of security and material possessions.  If you give people a free cell phone manufactured by a corporation, service provided by a corporation, and paid for by the government - they don't care how many innocent Iraqis or Pakistani's died under the corporate bombs fired by the corporate drones.

That's the sad truth.

not the corporations...fellow human beings, that the public seem most reluctant to think such bad things...of course
being raised with colorful polite soft spoken fuzzy puppets, a human could never be taught the truth of humanity in
all it's glory, why? because big bird would tell you it isn't polite to stare no matter how bad the neighbor is.

a fluffy world view is most ingrained from childhood thanks to the IP of Disney/sesame street/henson/barney/clifford etc
etc etc.....so much so that we have now come to the point of trying to reteach our posterity the instincts that were
ripped from their minds. 1. reason 2. logic 3. fear 4. survival 5. self respect etc etc.....

let's hear it for the 'animals' that taught the humans how to behave/believe/belie

because teaching our posterity to be inherently good with cartoons/animals/puppets/movies is just so offensive...

Those who make between $1 and $10 million, 30% minimum tax.
Some now pay NOTHING!

It is a proven fact that taxing the rich won't put even a dent in the historically high debt................

It is just a ploy to create 'class warfare' which the liberal crazies have succeeded at since the sheople fell for it!!!

Funny story.....was talking with a local muslim, local guyaneese(sp), local dominican republic ..... they said that this is NOT what they came to america for.
they came here to 'gain riches'...........not be castrated for it..............TRUE TRUE STORY!!

the revolution of this country will be led by the folks least expected .............TRUE!!!

NOT because it's $$$$$ but because the IP is protected and kept as a virtual value of personhood.....ie: corporations
are humans....why? FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE PURPOSES....GET IT YET????

a violation against a US corp is a violation against an American....

so either way homeland security and pre-emptive anything has come to roost at our doorsteps....it's the pre-quel to
the war on terrorism and espionage.....

feel safe comrade....it IS for mother America is it not?

now let's get to that Atlas machine and feed the world....we will all get a badge in this...either from the government or
when those folks who believe get to heaven.....

Fewer Republicans Signing Anti-Tax Pledge

Just 26 out of 38 newly-elected Republican members of the House or Senate have signed the
anti-tax pledge, compared with 96 out of 99 in the TeaBagger class elected in 2010.

Taxing rich takes away Americans’ motivation

There has been a lot of talk about taxing the wealthy. [Proponents] all say the purpose is to reduce the defi cit, but we all know that is a fallacy. Increasing tax rates on the wealthy by the amount being proposed will only fund the government for a couple of months at best. It will lower the annual deficit by as much as 10 percent, still leaving a defi cit of $1 trillion.
So what is the real reason? I have to ask these people: Is someone who is wealthy hurting them in some way? Do the wealthy take food off their tables? Do they take clothes off their backs? Do they take their shelter away? What is it that gives them the audacity to demand that the government take money away from the wealthy? Do they hope to gain more wealth? [It’s] not going to happen.
Not too long ago, the people of this nation aspired to do better than their parents, and their parents worked hard to give their children the opportunity to do better than them. Now we aspire to have the government forcibly take money from someone who happens to make more money than you. What kind of nation have we become?
The president, Democrats, and even Republicans all talk about helping the middle class. The dirty little secret is that is what they want everyone to be — only middle class. They don’t want anyone to be wealthy, except themselves. That is what progressives do. They want to control you and tell you what to do, how to do it, when to do it, and where to do it. They believe they know better than you how to live your life.
And the ignoramuses are brainwashed by it. If we continue down this road, we will end up poorer and without our freedom.
This nation was made great not by taking money by force from wealthier people but by creating, building, and making new and improved things. And yes, along the way they made money, lots of money.
People calling for raising tax rates on the wealthy call the wealthy greedy. I say those people are envious.

A lesson to be learned.....

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/new.....id-50p-tax-rate.html

Quoted Text

In the 2009-10 tax year, more than 16,000 people declared an annual income of more than £1 million to HM Revenue and Customs.

This number fell to just 6,000 after Gordon Brown introduced the new 50p top rate of income tax shortly before the last general election. …

George Osborne, the Chancellor, announced in the Budget earlier this year that the 50p top rate will be reduced to 45p from next April.

Since the announcement, the number of people declaring annual incomes of more than £1 million has risen to 10,000. …

Far from raising funds, it actually cost the UK £7 billion in lost tax revenue.
