According to her post , "...the planning board has approved." Maybe our resident Planning Board member would be kind enough to enlighten us without us having to file a FOIL. I don't recall even seeing this tiopic on the Planning Board or Town Board agendas....very mysterious.
Agreed. I too have pored over the minutes of the planning board (extremely dry reading I might add) and have seen no mention of such a project. SueM2342, were you pulling our legs? Could you point us in the right direction for some concrete evidence? |

either way this is rotterdam and the rules dont apply for some
It is customary for.the seller to change the zoning for the buyer - but not in Rotterdam where it is all a big secret
