some won't argue late term abortion and the medical validity of them because the percentage of occurrence doesn't reach the threshold arbitrarily determined by the pro abortion people.  

It's kinda like collateral damage...A few innocent deaths is acceptable if it serves some greater good.  It's Stalin's theory of breaking a few eggs to make an omlet.

Look at it this way Cicero.  Your birthday is... say June 1st.  It isn't 9 months before that date, because
until you are born, you are not a citizen.  When you get your drivers license in NY, you must be 16.  Not
15 + 3 months.  Get it.  WHEN YOU ARE BORN, YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS OF ANY AMERICAN.  Until then
you are an embryo, zygote, fetus... not a American Human Being.
If you are born a month premature on June 1st, you still get a NY drivers license at age 16... not at age
16 + 1 month.
Time spent in the womb is in preparation to become a human baby... no discounts for an early exit.

Same can be said about a 40 week human FETUS as a 21 week human FETUS.  Life is never assured...But, I would like to think in a compassionate sane society, all human life is looked at as worth saving.

Point of this thread is why is medical treatment of a botched abortion denied when a premature birth is treated?
