What does Barack Hussein Obama, who is now set to become the Democrat nomination for Presidential Candidate of the United States, have in common with so called ‘bioethicists’ such as Peter Singer and Joseph Fletcher? They all advocate that parents have a ‘right’ to kill their baby, not just before birth, but even immediately after the child is born.

Still wanna support him?

Another recycle of the 2008 campaign.  This one dated 2 July 2008.

What next?  Jeremiah Wright and Obama's birth certificate???

You didn't go back far enough Rusty.  Box only reference irrelevant history between 2000 and 2008 and between 1980 and 1988.  And you can only reference the politician from the opposition party to justify the action of the candidate you support.

I find it interesting that when media (and I'm giving them a lot of credit here, calling them media), intend to attack something about Pres. Obama, they always refer to him as Barack Hussein Obama....and not even respectful enough to call him President...but Romney is referred to by the same media as FORMER GOVERNOR.....

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!

You continually bring up Bush from 8-4 years ago (and Regan 20+ years ago) - but reminding everyone of a candidates record while he was campaigning in the last election (and undisputed by him) is taboo?

WTF kind of logic is that?  He's again a candidate and his platform and beliefs haven't changed, so what's the issue?

Touched a nerve??? Where did that come from???

It's old news.  Nothing new or even a new twist on old news.  I was surprised that the best the Right could
offer is an old recycled story... (as is Jeremiah Wright and the birth cert.)

With all that's gone on in the last 4 years... it's slim pickins if that is "post worthy".

Democratic Platform Endorses Taxpayer-Funded Abortions
And the Democratic party doesn't want to make abortions "rare."
1:32 AM, Sep 4, 2012 • By JOHN MCCORMACK
Charlotte
The 2012 Democratic party will officially adopt an extreme position on the issue of abortion on Tuesday. According to a copy of the party platform, which was released online just before midnight on Monday, "The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay."
Obama Chesh 5

Elizabeth Cromwell

That last part--"regardless of ability to pay"--is an endorsement of taxpayer-funded abortions, a policy that President Obama has personally endorsed. Obama wants Medicaid to pay directly for elective abortions, and Obamacare will allow beneficiaries to use federal subsidies to purchase health care plans that cover elective abortions. According to a 2009 Quinnipiac poll, 72 percent of voters oppose public funding of abortion and 23 percent support it. In other words, public funding of abortion--a policy President Obama actively supports--is as unpopular as banning abortion in the case of rape, a policy on which the media have focused much attention over the past two weeks despite the fact that neither presidential candidate supports it.

I understand pro life sentiment.

I don't understand what makes people think they have a right to force the pro life actions upon others by law.

If Romney were elected and abortions made illegal, would you then demand the rest of the world change their laws to become pro life?

The government has no business regulating or supporting procreation, abortion or birth control.

It should be a personal issue, regulated by family values.

Those with weak family values will self correct themselves out of the gene pool by abortion and birth control.

Why is it necessary to threaten them with the force of law?
