No, God's law never mentions abortion - He favors life and said to preserve life, not take it. Why would he "mention abortion" ? He's not into "killing", but bringing life. 1 Corinthians 6:19 and Ezekiel 33 are good examples.

The reason that Roe V Wade passed is before it's passage, Abortion in America looked like a Nazi experiment gone bad. Rich women in America have always had access to safe abortions. The only thing that Roe v Wade changed is to offer the same opportunity to the poor and middle class.
