I as an American citizen we have these rights... Cicero denies that Americans have these rights.

Sorry Cic, but I as an American citizen have certain rights... among them the right to vote, that isn't
listed in the US Constitution.  
The authority for my right to vote may be in the constitution but the list above isn't there.  
Do you doubt my right to vote???

Box, shame, shame, shame!!!  This is called a "red herring".  You are arguing something other than the Maddow meme.  The Maddow meme says education is a "right" and "rights are not voted on".  Just admit - THAT IS A LIE!  Both the fact that education is a "right" and admit that it is a government mandate that IS voted on.  

And btw...I would doubt your right to vote if you are a convicted felon or under the age of 18.
