I wouldn't call it greed...It was a silly arbitrary law that caps it at 231 plants...Where does that number come from? Does Anheuser Busch have a limit on how much alcohol they produce? Does Pfizer have a limit on how much Xanax they can produce? He should be able to grow as much as there is a demand for.

It's part of the overall rationing of reality, series of laws, they are inventing, for fun and profit.
Rationed or government regulated items currently or taking steps to be rationed are big gulps, salt, hydrogenated vegetable oil, pain medications, hunting, fishing, boating, guns, collecting rain water, being anonymous on the internet, wind power, solar power, making your own fuel, certain flowers, plants and meats, alcohol, decongestants, paint, tobacco, etc...
