Yes I can answer almost all of them in one sentence:
Some people don't do most of the above... but they are American Citizens and have a R I G H T to vote.
I knew a man who was born in this country of illegal immigrant parents. His parents owned their own business
They had several kids who all but one went to college.
They paid their taxes but took almost nothing from the system. No SS, No welfare.
They used a social security number of a dead person, and never collected SS
They took out loans from relatives... often overseas.
They did have health insurance for themselves and their employees.
They functioned in this country illegally for most of their lives.
To the point... when the son (who I knew) wanted to get an ID, he had nothing but a birth certificate,
but was afraid to use it because he didn't want to lead to his illegal parents. He did however vote,
in every election as is his right as an American citizen.
You assume that no one can survive in America with out having an ID. His parents survived and prospered
for most of their life with out most of what you asked for in your list above.
The homeless also survive in America... and their right to vote is just as sacred as yours or mine.

Ok Box, the parents were NOT citizens therefore not eligible to vote.
Their children, yes, has a right to vote as being a citizen however, however, the kids needed ID to get a loan for school, they needed government issued ID to get a job, to buy a car and drive (unless NONE drive), they need government issued ID to obtain medication. How did he get a driver's license---a birth certificate MUST be produced to the DMV to get a license. Did the parents get social security numbers for the kids at the time of their birth? Probably not. So, when the kids go to college, go to drive, go to open a bank account, go to buy a house, go to rent an apartment, apply for a loan, etc, THEY MUST PROVIDE GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID!!!!!!!!!!

No way are you going to say that the kids today are existing without a government issued ID. Its totally impossible.
Again, answer the questions;
How do the children get a job without filling out an I-9?
How do they open a bank account?
How so they go to college since college requires not only ID but proof of vaccinations.
How do the children apply for a loan?
How do they get over the counter meds that require ID?
How do they get National Grid without a SS# and you need a government issued ID to get the SS#
