Starting wars is easy... ending them is much more difficult.

WWI - 4 years.
WWII - 4 years.
Korea - Current
Vietnam - 12 years
Afghanistan - 11 years & current
Drone Wars - Current

The difficulty ending wars is the new American lie.  America is perpetually at war because we are a declining empire.  There is no difficulty in ending war.  We entered and ended wars in 4 years.  Propaganda cliches like  "Starting wars is easy... ending them is much more difficult" is a lie told by the liars to coninue war and get people like you to parrot the meaningless cliche.

Don't forget G Worst Bush winning in 2000 and in 2004 with the help of 3rd party candidate Ralph Nader.

Had Nader not ran in 2000, GWB would NOT have been elected... The Iraq war would have never happened
and 4486 American patriots would still be alive today, (and there STILL wouldn't have been any Iraqi WMD'S)

Perfectly quoted from the democratic talking points, nice work further proving my point that both parties are the same. They claim they can't agree on anything, but they sure agree on the talking point of third party candidates electing the "even worse candidate" from the other big party. Funny isn't it? Keep buying the corporate BS, and they will keep shoving it down your throat. Hey, Box, when are we going to get real national healthcare? When are we closing Gitmo? When are we leaving Afghanistan? Why is Obama locking up more pot dealers than Bush? Why are we still "losing" weapons into the hands of Mexican drug lords? Lots of why's, and they all have the same answer for each. Don't most democrats oppose all of these things?

~ "Hey, Box, when are we going to get real national healthcare?"
Have you  been living under a rock??? If you have kids out of college and they don't have health care, until
now, they'd be uninsured... Since Obamacare, they can now be covered under their parents policy.
Much of Obamacare comes online in 2014.

~"When are we closing Gitmo?"
A huge disappointment.

~When are we leaving Afghanistan?
Don't you read the news???  The president's plan started by withdrawing 10,000 U.S. troops from
Afghanistan between June and December 2011. The 33,000 "surge" troops assigned in 2009 are
scheduled to leave Afghanistan by this summer. We will continue the troop drawdown until 2014
when, the rest are scheduled to leave the country.  (It was on CNN extensively... Not sure if
Fox even covered it.)

~ "Why is Obama locking up more pot dealers than Bush? "
Don't know.  Why?

~Why are we still "losing" weapons into the hands of Mexican drug lords?
If you mean the Fast and Furious fiasco...STARTED UNDER GEORGE WORST BUSH IN 2006... IMO, it was
always a bad idea.

That, too, is a flat-out lie and Mr. Carney knows it. There was a program during the George W. Bush administration that did involve guns and Mexico, but there the similarities end.

In the Bush operation known as Wide Receiver several hundred guns were allowed to “walk” across the border. But using “controlled delivery,” as well as miniature GPS devices within the guns, agents tracked the weapons throughout. The Mexican government was kept fully informed of the program, and Mexican police there took over the surveillance once the guns crossed the border.
But the program, which began in early 2006, ran into problems. When agents “lost” several dozen either through malfunctioning GPS devices or tampering Bush administration officials aborted the operation in late 2007 http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/jun/24/curl-lying-liars-and-the-furious-lies-they-tell/?page=all

TRUTH.....

SHOW ME THE $$ TRAIL....DEMS AND REPS ALIKE ENJOY DEAD AMERICANS TO KEEP THEIR INCOME BRACKET....

to think any other way is ludicrous and ignorant.....

every dead American represents $$....and every drone produced equals 'jobs'......and every 'scare' equals
loyalty to those who say 'peace peace peace'....

don't get me wrong I'm all for 'peace' but I know as well as everyone else that 'we're all cut from the same cloth'

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS

Box, you seem like a smart guy, do you honestly believe this is the best we can do? Or is this the best we can do considering what the one party system allows us?

I think ObamaCare is the best we can do for now.  Eventually it will change into what was originally proposed,
instead of all we could get at the time.

IMO. Obama will be remembered as a good US President, depending on what he can accomplish in his
second term.

Look at what Social Security meant to the average working man.  A huge step forward.  IMO, ObamaCare
will eventually be regarded as a momentous accomplishment.

In my opinion Obama came from the argument, insurance companies are raping us and ruining the system, to they are great you are forced to buy from them. Hardly a success IMHO. To each their own, thanks for responding.
