There is nothing funnier than an Irate Conservative hack in the process of spouting some lame
Right Wing BS.

Some of them actually believe their own BS!

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

I'm pretty interested in this subject, its something I should have paid more attention to when it was discussed the last few years. The 2nd guy they show is Tom Woods who wrote a book on the topic of nullification, I'll probably pick it up.

They are not conservatives, it has nothing to do with left or right wing, it is constitutional law.

Anyways, I think the genie is out of the bottle...The horse is out of the barn...There is a growing number of people waking up to the corrupt two parties currently in power.  Like somebody stated on another thread, high school civics/government class never taught you how to circulate petitions and get involved in the political process.  Well, people are now learning.

Oh No... Not again!
We just finished with the Ron Paul Revolting Revolution that fell flat on it's face...
now we are going to start over again for the 2016 election with a re-run of the same lame discussion.

(Didn't I just read about "People Waking Up To The Ron Paul Revolting Revolt?)

OMG!     The board will be filled with these long Right Wing Anit Govt 30 minute U Tube video's that no one

IMHO, Ron Paul was the wrong messenger. He comes off as being on the lunatic fringe, and his age doesn't help.
There is room for his type of candidacy. You have 40% on the left and 40% on the right that will vote like robots...either because they really believe what is being said, or they don't know any better.
That leaves the 20% who really decide the winner of national elections. Of course 20% can't compete with 40% (or 80%) , but which party will be the one that would take a chance on this type of candidate? Probably neither.. it would take defections to this type of candidate over a period of elections to get them elected.

Don't think it would ever happen? Take a look at polling data from the 1992 election...Ross Perot had the momentum before he self-destructed over GWB wrecking his daughters wedding.

That is the point of state nullification...You can much easier split the vote in local elections and slowly change the political composition of the state and nullify federal laws and regulation imposed by Washington.  It checks the power of the federal government and executive branch from ruling states by decree.

Personally, I would like to see a third party in America --- a centrist, pragmatic party based on REAL American values and with the vision to lead the nation in the 21st century.

The Democratic Party has swung too far to the left by the "neo-liberals" and the Republican Party has become a captive to "neo-conservatives".  Ron Paul and most libertarians are just aging pot-smoking former hippies who would prefer to live in the doobie-laced haze of anarchy.   God knows what the Tea Partiers or the Occupy whatever groups want.

Please describe.  Sounds wonderful...A centrist(center to what), pragmatic(who defines practical?), and REAL American Values(Not sure what those are, but I think they are descibed in the Constitution)

what are REAL American values?

1. self sufficient
2. call on the government to get from your neighbor that which you desire
3. innocent until proven guilty
4. homeland security/patriot act
5. in god we trust
6. make the church sanctify gay marriages
7. can't hunt in the kings forest
etc etc etc.....

I agree....however....the lame stream media has taken the left and right over the cliff. They spin the truth until it is unrecognizable. And the sad part is that the sheople fall for it ever single time!!! The left has gone so far to the left that it will take the right, that is so far to the right, to bring this country to it's center.

The lame stream media fills the airways with division. So much so that the 'real' issues are placed on the back burner!

In this election there will be no  change with either obama or romney! It's really pathetic! America is in a sad state of affairs.
