Yes, DV, very appropriate comments from a town official and alleged Catholic.

Typical response when he can't provide evidence to support what he says

Why would anyone "CONTRIBUTE" to paying taxes. If you cannot claim you are paying taxes (which would show up on public records) then you cannot claim deduction for same...now how smart would that be....DUH!!!!

Once again, whoever Glryinthhighest is -- he/she/it is NOT me.  And it really doesn't matter what the nayboobs think -- there are many members of families in this town and elsewhere who work together to pay the taxes and other expenses even if each name is NOT on the deed.  Because families work together and help each other.  The rest of the ignorant and/or insane rant of MikeChristine is just that an ignorant and/or insane rant. It should be treated as such.

Bottomline - if you have any questions or concerns about watering issues -- direct them to the appropriate person or persons at town hall -- and ignore the ignorant and/or insane rants of the nayboobs.

Sure, that may happen when a large family has a low income.   But with one of two owners having a very very lucrative pension, so high that precludes even the STAR Enhanced exemption, and a mortgage paid off decades ago, there no financial need.

Oh yeah, and add a couple social security pensions too.

Think about the homeowners in the city of Schenectady who have children to clothe and feed, have total household incomes of $37,000 and have to pay $9,000 in property & school taxes and can't sell their houses, all while the dems are on a wild spending spree downtown which is putting the city in deeper debt

Think of anyone that may have a farm in the town with income equal to half of the fat taxpayer funded pension and could lose much of their income because the dems throw taxpayer money to downtown instead of fixing town infrastructure.

The nayboobs think they know everything - even the private and personal financial information of private citizens in the town.   The fact is that they know very little about anything ----- and why do they hide behind user names ????--- yes plural.   They are just ignorant, insane cowards who do nothing but criticize, gripe, complain and attempt to tear down our community with their lies and personal attacks.

Sorry, but PUBLIC pensions of "private" citizens ARE public record.   So is the STAR status of homeowners.   \

So is the mortgage status of homeowners and the amount of a mortgage

Not attacking, just stating what is, by law, FREELY accessible information from the government.

At least this is unenforceable.

Or are going to pad the pensions of cops and water employees to walk around the whole town, trespassing on properties to look in back yards when people have stockade fencing?

Water during the night, how's that?

And since they do say "unnecessary" watering is prohibited, I would think that yes, that does mean car wash businesses so they all need to close for the week.

But people who have vegetable gardens, like someone who posted last week, I would say that watering crops for food is a necessity

.

If any one has any questions about official town business, he or she should either go to town hall or call town hall -- and direct the question to the appropriate person or persons.

The town does NOT conduct its official business through unreliable and uncredible (venues such as this blog.

it's not even conducted where it should be.....

My water pressure has sucked for the last two days... is this due to the watering ban?

Turning water pressure down saves water and relieves strain off the water pumps and mains until the problem gets fixed. Just think how bad the water pressure is at the end of the water lines.

They better hurry up and spend the rest of the dedicated water district funds on personnel & OT costs for the Hamilton inner-circle. What a wonderful thing to do for the future of the town!

I just saw the police at a house across from Foshee pools.  I called the house and they said the watering police told them no watering until after July 19th.
