The Party of NO Continues:

Health Care Repeal Plotted
Republicans hope to take power, halt insurance plan in '13.
(Today's Gazette)

Add this message to
NO on legal abortions...
NO to a Jobs Bill...
NO to Voting Rights...
NO to Social Security, Meidcare and Medicaid...
NO, NO, NO!

The only thing that the Rabid Right will ever say YES to is a Tax Cut... as long as that Tax Cut benefits
the Rich.

I think you're confused Box, they were voting no on raising the size of the debt any more than it is without paying for it, nice try though.

Nice try??? Really?  What part was a "TRY???

The PARTY of NO didn't say NO to increasing the size of the debt to give the Rich a Tax Cut...
The Party of No didn't say NO to increasing the size of the debt for an Optional War In Iraq...
The Party of NO didn't say NO to increasing the size of the debt for the military budget...

but they did say NO to anything that helps middle income, average Americas.

Box...That's Obama's Tax Cut for the Rich.  Remember?

Obama Signs Bill To Extend Bush Tax Cuts

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20026069-503544.html

I guess the Democrat Party is the Party of YES to increasing the size of debt to give the rich a tax cut.

If the Dems wanted to help the middle class then how come all the stimulus money went to banks, green energy friends of Obama, and now the truth comes out that Obamacare is nothing but a giant tax on the middle class.
A lesson in irony.

The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and food stamps ever.

Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals."

Their stated reason for the policy is because the animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves.

This ends today's lesson.

MY PARTY OF NO HAS ONE MANTRA

NO...I DON'T WANT TO WIPE YOUR a** FOR YOU
NO...I DON'T WANT YOU TO WIPE MY a** FOR ME

unless of course it's a private matter between the two of us, in charity, NOT MANDATION....

you call mandation freedom? or someone else fishing for you?

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

By reading Senders post, you'd think that those on Welfare are Democrats... or that none
of those  taking govt assistance are Republicans.

Senders "mantra"... speaks for his opinion... not the facts.  Check out the number of Loyal Voting
Republicans in Upstate NY who live on Gumnt Checks, then vote Republican.

a government check is a government check.......the value in that check is what we fail to weigh

Blame Republicans For The Depressed Economy
(PAUL KRUGMAN)
There has been plenty to criticize about President Obama’s handling of the economy. Yet the overriding
story of the past few years is not Mr. Obama’s mistakes but the scorched-earth opposition of Republicans,
who have done everything they can to get in his way — and who now, having blocked the president’s
policies, hope to win the White House by claiming that his policies have failed.

The Jobs Bill... One Year Later

On September 8, 2011 — one year ago tomorrow — President Obama laid out a series of policy proposals known
collectively as the American Jobs Act.
The plan included stimulus spending in the form of immediate infrastructure investments, tax credits for
working Americans and employers to encourage consumer spending and job growth, and efforts to shore
up state and local budgets to prevent further layoffs of teachers, firefighters, police officers, and other
public safety officials.
The American Jobs Act never became law, however, because Republicans Party Of NO opposed
it from the start, blasting it as another form of “failed stimulus” that wouldn’t help the economy.

Quoted Text
–Moody’s Analytics estimated the American Jobs Act would create 1.9 million jobs and add two percent to gross domestic product.
–The Economic Policy Institute estimated it would create 2.6 million jobs and protect an addition 1.6 million existing jobs.
–Macroeconomic Advisers predicted it would create 2.1 million jobs and boost GDP by 1.5 percent.
–Goldman Sachs estimated it would add 1.5 percent to GDP.

we are trying bail a ship that is taking on water too fast, the good thing is we won't sink regardless and shore is in site, it may just take years to get there.
This is spot on...

Welcome to 1990's Japan on steroids...
We are better off just spending on unemployment, welfare and TARGETED (read emerging industries) stimulus. Using birdshot mentality with stimulus will just make things worse. The only people in power pushing big stimulus are worried about THEIR jobs.

The stimulus worked.  The Right has no choice but to deny that fact... so you'll continue to hear it on

there were no checks, balances, or accountability...
All the Stimulus did was kick the can down the road. We increased our debt, and now they are talking about more Stimulus because the money has run out, It's like trying to start a lawnmower by pouring gas down the spark plug hole. If there is no gas in the tank, the engine will run for a while and stall....except the gas we poured down the plug hole was not paid for with borrowed money.

US auto workers (over a million of them) are now paying taxes in the USA.  They aren't on Welfare...
they are paying their bills and stimulating the economy every day.

Had Obama not saved them (as Romney would have done) many of them would be on welfare now, draining
the system, instead of working feeding their families and helping the economy grow.

Consider today's unemployment and economic stability if we suddenly dropped one million more unemployed
to drain what's left of the system.

The US economy was in free fall... until the stimulus... and has been slowly recovering ever since.
