UnitedHealthcare Will Preserve Key Obamacare Provisions, Regardless Of Supreme Court Ruling
UnitedHealthcare — one of the nation’s largest health insurers — has announced that it will preserve a provision of the health care law that allows young adults to stay on their family health care plans up to age 26, even if the high court rules the law unconstitutional later this month. The measure is one of several so-called “Patients’ Bill of Rights” included in the law that UnitedHealthcare will keep in place. The company will also continue offering preventive health care services without out-of-pocket costs and end lifetime limits on insurance payouts.
united healthcare IS the awarded manager of a large region in the US for the program.....right now they 'manage' eldercare in nursing homes, promising to pay for bed holds when the person is in the hospital, of which they will NOT send an elderly patient to the hospital(like we have been accustomed to)....they promote PALLIATIVE care or the so-called 'death committees'.....
patient's bill of rights is a JOKE.........THERE IS NO PREVENTATIVE HEALTH SERVICES....so explain to my why our tax dollars should pay for some lazy a$$ to get a fire under their butt to get to the gym to 'save money' of which I ALREADY F'EN PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The overwhelming majority of employers say they will continue to offer health care plan coverage to employees in 2014 when key provisions of the health care reform law kick in, according to a survey of benefit professionals.
More than 85% of employers responding to an International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans survey say they either definitely will or are very likely to continue coverage in 2014, while nearly 10% said they are somewhat likely to continue coverage.
Just 1% said they definitely will not offer coverage, while nearly 4% said are somewhat unlikely or very unlikely to offer coverage in 2014.

The government is squeezing out private insurance companies by dangling taxpayer's money like a carrot in front of them. Only the greedy and those who have something to 'personally' gain, are jumping on the GOV ALMIGHTY wagon!!!
