Ya, actually, that's it! Shows how good and close Rotterdam USED to be. Now, people hardly know their neighbors and worse, they're all locking their doors at night.
Hell, I don't EVER remember locking doors in Rotterdam before.
and the worst thing that could happen was maybe gettin' your jack o lantern swiped from your front porch...................but then we kids sorta thrived on that bit of mischief................................round halloween the road below the Helderberg ave bridge would be littered with pumpkin carcasses.........
