I believe that in order to find the best "Soul Food," one must venture to the south.. In particular -- Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi would be the States I would recommend for Soul Food...... For BBQ -- TEXAS is where one must travel to. They simply have BBQ - particularly BEEF -- to die for.
