Yesterday Diane Marco sued the town in small claims court and it was held in the Glenville Court! Of course the Gazette knows NOTHING ABOUT IT AND REFUSES TO COVER IT!!! She is looking to get $550.00 for working three days when she wasn't authorized to do so! WHAT AUDACITY! She is an appointed position and wanted to work extra and get an hourly rate for the time she was not entitled to! HOLY SMOKES!

Still don't think this stuff was legally suppose to be 'let out'!
Cause there are a few 'sealed documents' that folks have foiled for but didn't receive.
You just may be correct about the rotterdam tc having access to too much info.

On the radio his antics are being linked to The Mad Bomber. Another only in Schenectady County. No one knew nuthin. No one saw nuthin. How could they see when everyone was looking the other way? Resigning is not enough. The Attorney General must come in a take a long look at doings in pathetic all DEM Town Hall. What did the DEM machine know and when did they know it? In the next election the DEMS will claim to be for women issues. Massive resignation of his pals and those in on this cover up must be forthcoming.

heads have always been the other way

when it comes to grievances......some are addressed an some are not......it's time to clean house...

and the whole crew from top to bottom investigated...

I still believe the wrong approach to this by the plaintiff because this should not have involved an outside HR investigation...they get paid top dollars...

......they rule in favor of the Town....and what needs to be corrected for whom the grievance is against ...is not followed up and enfoced by the TOWN....

These are serious allegations.....this much didn't get revealed in the Raucci incident.....lot came out after the fact....

As the first report stated.....employees were asked what they knew......evidently if this was going on for 7 years......a lot of it was discreet....????and it doesn't

get brought out until now????.......

this should have been a police matter from the get go.....

You don't get away with this for too long.....and details ...will they go back 7 years...????

Can't believe this wasn't common knowledge in this Town....after all the "eyes in back of the head..".....and how so much gets covered up for the sake of the

PARTY....

Anyway, believe that there should be client lawyer privilege......

They'll be laughin' at rotterdam at the water cooler come Monday!!!

And can we say that both the nelson and mason did a good job at reporting this...although I don't think it was suppose to be let out.

Laughing at rotterdam is what most do! It is the laughing stock.

I think I asked the same question  re the 08......and recordings....are they legal at this point...???
