Just saying this case isn't as black and white as people paint it to be. Noone really knows what happened. Their is a witness who says that Trayvon did nothing wrong, and another says he beat the hell out of the guy who shot him.
If Zimmerman gets indicted, which I think he probably will, there will be the mother of battles over trial venue and the jury pool. The same people that wanted OJ to get a fair trial by moving out of whitey west LA, to mostly black downtown LA, will want the Zimmerman trial right in Sanford, or better yet, Orlando.

Zimmerman should be arrested. Martin did NOT have a weapon and was not a threat to Zimmerman's life.
Zimmerman being neighborhood watch is just supposed to report suspicious activity to the police not act on it.
And what was Martin doing, was he breaking into a house or car, was he selling drugs , was he assaulting someone, NO.
He was just walking.
If anyone from neighborhood watch or the police start shooting anyone that "looks" suspicious than half of the residents of Sch'dy would be dead.
I don't know all of the facts but I think it is a case of a wanna be cop.
He should have just reported what he felt was suspicious and not followed the kid around.
If someone was following me I sure as hell would be wary.
Excellent points and I agree this sounds like a case of a wannabe cop, I think we all know the type. The only problem I have is I don't believe Zimmerman will get a fair trial now due to all the race baiting by the media.

“This guy anointed himself as a watchman, and he was on a mission that clearly had paranoia as part of it. There were no checks and balances…He was a one-man army. It’s almost like he was Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver. Not like your local block watch guy or gal, who generally is (UNARMED) and of no threat to anyone in a community.”
Sliwa also finds fault with the Sanford Police Department, which declined to arrest Zimmerman under Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, intended to protect self-defense. “[Zimmerman] was told step back,” he says. “He knows he’s subordinate to the police. He was a criminal-justice student. He knows better than that. He crossed the line. The law was intended to let you be the respondent to an aggressor—not to empower you as an aggressor yourself. He was clearly an aggressor in every action he took. He should have been arrested. He should have been charged at least with manslaughter… The ones who could have nipped this in the bud were the Sanford police. They could have just arrested Zimmerman—probable cause, let the judge determine the facts. You know, ‘We’ll just remand it to court.’ But they chose not to do that, and now it’s exploded.”

Yawn....I thought Sliwa was dead.
The evidence that the Police were able to uncover at the scene supported Zimmerman's story...where's the probable cause? If they get enough information in the multiple investigations, the charges will be made....The most serious charges would be probably be negligent homicide, it still won't satisfy the race baiters, who want Murder 1, damn the evidence to the contrary

I doubt that the evidence will ever support Murder1. The only other actual participant in this incident isn't talking... he's dead. Interestingly, most Neighborhood watch groups pride themselves in doing their valuable and helpful work... UNARMED, even though they often work in neighborhoods much more dangerous than Zimmerman's.
If Neighborhood watches turn into Neighborhood Vigilantes... they will no longer be welcomed in their Community.

Zimmerman got out of his SUV to follow Trayvon on foot. When a dispatch employee asked Zimmerman if he was following the 17-year-old, Zimmerman said yes. The dispatcher told Zimmerman he did not need to do that.

Here's the 911 call, the police told him NOT to follow him and he continues to. Listen to the whole thing.
Know they are not facts. Zimmerman shot that kid--oh a black kid--what a surprise. Being born black and a male in this country already puts a target on your back. Zimmerman should be thrown in jail. This is an outrage.
So tell us there Yossi....Do you live in a majority black neighborhood or do you...uh....perhaps.....live in 'whitey guilderland?
Hypocrite!!!

Here's the 911 call, the police told him NOT to follow him and he continues to. Listen to the whole thing.
I listened to the whole call, I didn't hear where he kept on following him. I heard Zimmerman ask the operator if they wanted him to follow, and the operator said no. People are assuming that he continued to follow. How do we know Zimmerman didn't go meet the police and Tray didn't pursue Zimmerman? People are making an awful lot of assumptions to fit the media's "racist" narrative.
At 1:38 Zimmerman laments... "these a$$holes... They always get away"... Zimmerman made sure this "a$$hole" didn't get away... he killed him.

Allegedly after being on his back taking a beating.
Luckily we have CSI Upstate New York solving the case from behind their monitors.
For Cic, it's still an unsolved killing with absolutely NO suspects. Hmmmmmm??? Who could it be?????? Cicero doesn't even have a person of interest... and he's ready to send the killing to the 'cold case files'.
