The Florida State Attorney’s Office on Monday released audio of shocking testimony from a woman who said that George Zimmerman molested when her she was about 6 years old until she was 16.
A motion filed by Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, attempted to seal the testimony of “witness 9″ on the grounds that it was incendiary and irrelevant to the shooting of Trayvon Martin, the 17-year- old who Zimmerman is accused of murdering. But that motion did not make it to the court in time and the testimony was released at 11 a.m. on Monday.
According to The Miami Herald, the woman had contacted prosecutors early in the investigation to say she knew that Zimmerman’s family did not like blacks.
She also testified that that the former neighborhood watch captain had sexually molested her at his parents house when he was 8 and she was 6.

This was pretty irresponsible of the Florida AG's office.. Not only have they further tainted the jury pool, they have handed a legitimate reason for ANY appeal of a conviction to the defense on a silver platter. If the FLA appellate court agreed, Zimmerman could be a free man..and couldn't be tried again. Anyone interested in justice in the Martin case should cringe at this.

A man in Cape Coral, Florida on Wednesday was arrested for shooting and killing an unarmed door-to -door salesman on his property.
Kenneth Bailey Roop, 52, has been charged with second-degree murder for killing 30-year-old Nicholas Rainey.
A co-worker who witnessed the shooting said Rainey had knocked on Roop’s door, but received no answer. While Rainey was walking down the drive-way, Roop pulled up in his pickup truck and asked why Rainey was at his house. Rainey explained that he was selling steak and seafood. The witness said Roop then pulled out a black handgun and shot Rainey. As Rainey lay on the ground, Roop fired another bullet into the back of his head.
Roop later told police that he shot Rainey in the head “for effect” and that he had three no trespassing signs on his property. Roop said he feared for his life.
“I’m not going to give him the chance to do something to me,” he told police. “I was in fear.”
Roop’s neighbors described him as “the neighborhood crazy.” Roop has a concealed weapons permit and approximately 14 firearms.
