It's just a crime when you follow a teen who's armed with an iced tea and a bag of skittles, and you shoot him
because you think he's probably getting away with something.  Zimmerman could have walked away... he
already called 911... but he was itching to use his pistol, and knew that his daddy, the judge, would get
any charges dropped, just like daddy did in all the other cases when Zimmerman was in trouble with the law.

I understand this spoiled bully thinking that he's above the law... he has been above the law all his life, and now
he'll likely get away with murder.

I hope he isn't getting special treatment due to his connections but even if he is we shouldn't resort to mob justice like some people want, that is a slippery slope to disaster.

Mob Justice???

Is that how you see it???

OK.  Remember your video about the group of Blacks who attacked the White guy???
Suppose those in the video admitted to the beating... but said that the attack was justified because it was
'self defense'.  The group of Blacks were taken to the police station and then released... no arrest, no grand
jury, no nothing.  Then you found out that the group all had dads and moms who were politically connected to
the police... judges, county clerks, magistrates... and this group had done similar attacks before but were never
prosecuted on any of the previous charges.

Do you think you might be a little upset?  Do you think you would be looking for Justice???  Do you think that
the most radical of your neighbors might actually advocate violence because of the injustice?  You and most
of your neighbors are against any violence, but there are always a few hot heads that might advocate for
it.

See where this is going???

Is taking the law into your own hands ever justified? Personally I can understand the actions of some who done so but in the long road it's not the best way. Here is a video most of us can probably relate to and understand the fathers actions

Now this video I doubt nobody here would justify the actions but like the video above the man just like the mobs below thought they were in the right, this is why I say it is a slippery slope.

Be upset at the law and legal system NOT Zimmerman...People like Spike Lee are tweeting what he thought was his home address so "justice" could be served is MOB RULE.  I don't give me this BS about Zimmerman's father, because if you believe that, his father must be the most powerful man in America to be able to influence a DA in Florida and federal investigators from his position in Virginia.

Zimmerman called 9-11, then shot Trayvon during a scuffle, waited for the police to arrive, was cuffed and brought to the police station, interviewed, and not charged based on Florida law...And people want him hunted like a dog calling him a racist, but have nothing to say about the legal system and process.

If you want to justify mob rule based on what you posted, then you can understand mob rule justice when a minority gets selected for a job or admitted to a college over a white person just because they are a minority, even if the white person scored higher on the standardized test.  You suggest not being angry at the system that permits this, but instead be personally upset at the minority that received the preferential treatment because of their race or gender, then force that person into hiding by threatening their life and calling them racist.

This shouldn't be a national debate argued on the premise of race but rather the legal system.  The US legal system isn't a perfect one, laws are imperfect, and sometimes the guilty are set free, but to escalate racial tensions because of a possible miscarriage of justice is irresponsible and is only being used for political reasons.

AG vows thorough review in Trayvon Martin case

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday that the Justice Department will take
appropriate action in the killing of Trayvon Martin if it finds evidence that a federal criminal civil rights crime
has been committed.
Holder said the department will conduct a thorough and independent review of the evidence in the Martin matter.

Of course he's being charged...It's an election year, you have to ignore blind justice and appease the agitated mob.

Has anybody ever heard of Mike Nifong?

The more important thing will be if Zimmerman is convicted in a jury trial.

Are you kidding me?  If a jury finds him not guilty the mob will set their sites on the jurors that failed to convict him.  The arguments have been made by NBC doctored audio and by the race baiters.  The jury trial is just a formality at this point.  He has already been convicted.
