At a previous Planning Comission Meeting Pilot submitted plans to expand on the current site for natural gas fueling stations not accross the road. The planning comission did not approved the expanded site plan for the natural gas pumps for Pilot on the current site.
Taxes would be cheaper without a building on it also....no?

Probably the "experts" that commie always verbally sucks off said it had to go. Maybe they were worried a hazardous paint chip filled with wicked and evil "lead" might fly off and land on the foot of a hallowed and sacred union worker who could soon die from exposure to that evil element should he inhale within 1,000 feet of such a dangerous and hazardous edifice. So if the state is doing it, you know they are spending about 875,000 dollars to do it, and the workers are wearing moonsuits to protect them from mice scat, lead paint and (gasp!) asbestos!
