Your reading comprehsion has not improved...you really should see if you can take some continuing education courses so that you can actually understand what is written.  WE KNOW that after title issues are resolved then it moves to Veterans to move forward.  HOWEVER, YOUR EARLY STATEMENTS INDICATE THAT WE HAVE MOVED TO THAT STEP ALREADY AND ARE "WAITING" ON THE VETERANS NOW...WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY NOT CORRECT.  So play spin doctor and point your finger all you want....your claims were wrong and status is not waiting on Veterans...it's waiting on your cronies and their alter egos so that the Veterans CAN move forward.

Veterans Administration funding vs. Active Military Funding may not be tied together...I'm not sure. Would have to look into this more to see exactly where the funding is earmarked to be generated from.
And I agree with "on topic"...but you have to admit, that to be on topic we need to be sure we ar understanding accurate information...that is why I tried to steer the information in the correct direction.
