Anyone know what the status is of Vets taking this over?

My understanding was that the big hold up was clarifying the ownership status -- so that the bank could transfer a clear title to the property.  My understanding is that that was very recently settled.  My guess is that the ball is now in the Veteran's court to acquire formal title to the property and come up with a formal plan, seek approvals, etc . etc.

I thought that the transfer of title was done and that is when the county legislatures forgave the back taxes............yes?

I have not heard anything new and definitive in about a month -- so what I know is what I posted.

The topic of the thread is the status of Draper -- reasonable adults will focus on discussing real-life issues and not the hate-filled fantastical lies of a bunch of partisan hacks who hide behind their screen names.

As for the status of Draper, I checked on it and nothing new has come from the veterans .. so basically, we are waiting for them to take the next step.
