I made the statement that I chose to make,  I stand by that statement AS WRITTEN and I don't intend to make any further comments on the subject.-- I was NOT answering anyone else's question nor do I intend to.

That's because to honestly answer the questions you would have to admit that what was done was wrong....you would have to say that someone from your party that you hold in high esteeem did something wrong.....so instead you choose to be a total wimp.  If you won't answer questions honestly then why enter into the conversation.

It is curious an 80 year old lady was able to handle this job but this new clerk needs to hire someone without board approval to get it done. Furthermore, maybe the Comptroller ought to keep the audit going INTO this new year since they wanted to make FDG look bad for spending his salary line on another line, THEY are doing th same thing!

Many folks are thinking the same thing...........UNLESS..........someone else was transcribing for Eunie 'on the side'!! Perhaps???

Tax delinquent Buffardi had some pretty harsh words for FDG for DONATING HIS salary back to the town.  But, for ex board member Marco spending TAXPAYER money without board approval, Harry stops short of calling it malfeasance.  Love the consistency.

Who is the transcriptionist related to, or married to, or owed a favor, coutesy of the Rotterdam taxpayer?

I beg to differ.............the past most certainly does matter!! WHO WAS DOING THE TRANSCRIBING WHEN EUNIE WAS TC?????

It's pretty cut and dry here............if the 80 year old rotterdam TC was doing her own transcribing........then the 60 year old rotterdam TC should be expected to do the same as it comes with $50K+ 'the job'.

If Eunie was NOT doing her own transcribing, which was required of the job, then who was and most importantly...WHY?

Ya see patches....the more stuff that rotterdam brushes under the rug....the more the rotterdamian taxpayers get screwed!!

Rotterdamians should always keep in mind......................
Who, today, was in the constantino, pedophile cover up?
Who cost rotterdamains more money for a 'special secretary'?
Who tried to ram a taxing district for REMS down rotterdamian's thoats?
Who on the rotterdam town board had a tax warrant against him?
Who used the rotterdam senior center for political and personal gain?
Who rammed rotterdam town budgets through without giving the public a chance to digest it?.....TWICE!
Who hired law firms for rotterdam when they already were paying for........how many?
...................and the list goes on and on and on.........................

OK....you state your case well.....what I am trying to say is thjis

IF ALL THIS WAS KNOWN.....THEN WHY ARE THE SAME CORRUPT PEOPLE BEING ELECTED ???

I didn't vote for any of them....and that's what has to happen...break the chain...

sometimes it's not what you see on the outside.....but what counts from within....

and knowing politics ???.....can be easy to learn if you have common sense...knowledge is power..

and seems all the government knows is:   reading how they screw you and get away with it.

What I hear is that you can be honest the day you take an oath....and 24 hrs later have

your hands in the till.  ...Education??   maybe they read different books...e.g., "SELF HELP"    LOL

Maybe we should have a monthly TB whereby the residents run the Town... by lottery...

LOL

Honesty, integrity, morals, and commitment are just a few of the things that are missing from the politicians who represent us. Unfortunately there are so many corrupt politicians that decent people who are elected to office get blacklisted if they don't go along with the wishes of the corrupt.

I don't know who this FDG is....
