Memories chug along
Recent return of ski train to Gore Mountain brings back days long past for instructor, 91

ROTTERDAM — Frederica "Freddie" Anderson started skiing as a preschooler on the hills of the Mohawk Golf Club in Niskayuna during the Roaring Twenties, when she strapped on gangly wooden slats with leather-laced bindings.

Anderson embodies the region's rich history of downhill skiing.

this lady is amazing....I've met her on several occasions and she is THE BOMB!!!
