Keep reading...your original asessment won't change. After the fact he attempts to speak about "it was humor", but if you read the posts there is no attempt at humor whatsoever.  Keep reading.......you'll see.

This was not on this forum, but publicly stated at planning committee meeting and later used by TV station during new report....should tell you a littlle about this wonderful upstanding citizen...vote was 6 NO and 1 YES...guess who that was:
