Just happened to be browsing and remembered the old debate here. This board like many others is dead but alas for nostalgia's sake I through it out there. It's actually a smart move to sell before going out of business, so you don't have a bunch of months of taxes/rent without income coming in.

I don't know how any business survives in this economic climate.

We were talking to some folks who work/volunteer at the food pantry and it is INSANE the number of folks/organizations they feed!!

They said they are not all homeless people anymore.

It's working folks who STILL can't make ends meet.
