Well, actually, if he is, and people are scammed, and the AG's office has to investigate/act, I guess our tax dollars don't pay for operations of state government.
You're kidding right??? You are concerned about a private 'restaurant' that is on a 'social network' for all to see?? If you haven't noticed......the city and county of schenectady, that is blowing millions upon millions of taxpayer's dollars (behind closed doors) is a 'real' issue.....not a piddly eatery that hasn't taken 'dime one' of taxpayer's money. geezzzz.....i gave you more credit than that mc1.

If you've read any of my posts over time, you'd see I'm one of the most vocal people about the mis-use of tax money blown on downtown, I have done extensive research, posted facts, posted EVIDENCE, on all the stuff, and even just within the past few days commented on the secretiveness (executive session as it's called) regarding tax certorari suits at council committee meetings, i.e., they don't discuss them in front of the public (yeah, then the homeowners would know the truth about the assessed values). I have been heavily critical of how the city is ILLEGALLY allowing it's close buddies to have two STAR exemptions (Philip Morris of Proctors, and I can't imagine he's a close buddy but Eric Ely, former supt of Schdy schools fled the city two years ago, can't sell his house (NO ONE wants to buy a house IN the city) but he still gets the exemption. My list is endless.
But most here have been commenting. The guy goes begging on several sites, one of which we know for a fact is a scam (the "grant" from Chase bank), then the the guy claims he's been scammed but obviously is not doing anything about it. He was advertising what, two months ago for jobs--I mean really, what would YOU do if you applied for a job there, were offered the job and you accepted while at the same time passing up another job, and then you sit two months later with no idea when you will start working and you lost out on really getting a job---THAT DOES smack of a SCAM (even if "scam" is not in traditional sense).
Hopefully any "donations" from the websites, he has returned the money to the donors. Sure, businesses get delayed, but what businesses fail to open because they "got scammed" and go begging and still can't get the money, really, he clearly has no business ability at all, a real businessman would be in court by now over supposedly getting scams, a real businessman would obtain financing (wonder why he can't). If he can't get financing, one would have to wonder if he can meet financial obligations of paying employees once the business does open. Perhaps he should go get to college and get a business degree before trying to open a business, or hire some reputable attorney and accountant, and perhaps join the chamber of commerce and various small business professional groups. What happens if someone eats there and gets sick and he doesn't have the liability insurance? So much to think about.

Ah ha. RL was sued in a credit case by Antenucci's Produce. In 2010. Wonder what that was about? Failure to pay bills?
And he didn't even bother to get a lawyer!
RL lists his business as "Inc" but no record at the Dept of State?

The only place to get better eggplant parm than at Dolce Vita is at my house when I am fixing it.

NOT YOUR "house" You have NO OWNERSHIP WHATSOEVER, because ANY ownership/ownership interest IS a matter of public record.
But Dolce Vita obviously owes money to Anetenucci's for the eggplant

Obviously there are no women that think you are a good enough cook to be worthy of becoming their husband. But then, women don't want a grown man who can't support himself and doesn't live as a normal adult

I have an Italian sauce recipe that many people I know of Italian descent would die for. Although I am not of Italian ancestry -- some of my Italian dishes are beyond compare, particularly when juxtaposed with the chain Italian restaurants which aren't even close to being authentic.

Oops, DV, you forgot you are posting under your other name while talking how you allegedly cook (but still no woman is interested)

Yes, it is sad when MikeChristine stops taking hi/her meds. I understand his/her psychotic delusions get wilder and wilder without the meds.

No psychotic delusions here, as I state facts AND provide evidence.
Where is evidence for the things you say? There is none because you are delusional

I think just reading the posts from 'you know who' in this thread would give one food poisoning, let alone actually eating his slop. no thanks DV/Glryhl

This is become another only in Schenectady Story. Like the Big Hose or Van Dyke I, II, III. Have tin cup will travel! Meanwhile 3 great Italian eateries have opened up on Chrysler and Van Vranken Avenue.

It is actually none of anyone's business UNLESS you are doling out money in support. And if anyone is, it is their business and at least they would be doing it 'willingly'....not forced to donate to multimillion dollar businesses!
Keep your focus on the metroplex and the tax issues that serves you and everyone else here much better! Now THAT information is GREAT INFO and effects EVERY SINGLE TAXPAYER!!! Dolce Vita ain't costing anyone a dime....unless they 'choose' to! So who really gives a crap?
