Not unless the laws have changed in the last few months...

The laws didn't change, in NY you need a back ground check if selling a gun at a show, Arizona does not have that law in place as it is handled through the states. Notice again in your video that this was a private sale.

A private sale.  Some of these "private sales" are conducted by the same person for hundreds of guns a year.  Much like
a year round garage sale of guns.

I wonder if it hurts as much when you get shot by that Glock9 when it comes from a "private sale" as it does when it's
purchased from a dealer???
My guess... it makes no difference to the victim, but it may make a big difference to the police when they try to track down
your killer.

Again what is your point, you posted videos and then didn't say what you want done. Do you want all firearms registered to the government? Do you want private sales made illegal?

Background checks are in place to help keep guns from criminals, the mentally ill and terrorists...
There is no reason that private sales should be exempt from background checks.

As long as there are privacy concerns such as keeping all records including mental disabilities of unstable individuals secret they will be able to buy guns legally so why worry about private sales. The Virginia Tech shooter had mental issues that the college kept private from authorities and the shooter was able to buy a gun legally when he should never have been able to.

Virginia Governor Timothy Kaine's investigation  report concluded that Virginia's  mental health systems "failed for
lack of resources, incorrect interpretation of privacy laws, and passivity." The report called Virginia's mental health
laws "flawed" and its mental health services "inadequate"
The report also confirmed that Cho was able to purchase two guns in violation of federal law because of Virginia's
inadequate background check requirements.

You know...Smaller government...   not enough staff to do the background check.

Ohh..Look at that...A government report following a freak tragedy that takes the opportunity to make a plea for more "resources".  MORE LAWS...MORE RESTRICTIONS....MORE GOVERNMENT...AND YOU WILL BE SAFE!!

The fallacy in the report is, they presume that Cho wouldn't have been able to obtain a gun if Virginia had the "resources" to perform "adequate" background checks.  New York State has plenty of resources and laws, and there seems to be more and more shootings in the City of Schenectady.  We must need MORE resources (useless bureaucrats) to check the checkers and watch the watchers.  It's just more bullshit.  More excuses of big government failure.  It has failed over and over, and they continue to try to argue they failed because government wasn't big enough, and only if we made it bigger, and more power to intrude into your personal lives we would be safer.

These are the facts:
Fact #1: Under Operation “Fast and Furious,” Obama and Holder knowingly VIOLATED THE LAW by allowing Mexican drug cartels to acquire thousands of assault weapons.

Fact #2: Weapons found at the murder scene of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry (who was shot in the back with an AK-47) have been DIRECTLY linked to Operation “Fast and Furious.”

Fact #3: In light of both facts above, Obama and Holder are Accessories to Murder.

over the recent years Mexico has been complaining about the amount of arms being shipped into Mexico, in response many in our government tried to usher in stronger regulations against Americans 2nd amendment rights.

Newly surfaced emails reveal problems going back to 2007 with the ATF office in Phoenix and guns ”walking”
across the U.S.-Mexico border.
The emails about the Bush-era problems were given to Congress by the Justice Department as part of the
congressional investigation into the ATF’s botched Obama-era firearms trafficking case, dubbed “Fast and Furious.”

Both Administrations should be investigated.  If criminal conduct is found, the guilty should be prosecuted.  Those in
charge of the program should be fired.

I don't care what administration did this garbage the fact is Americans and Mexicans were killed by this disaster. Will Obama or anyone be held responsible, of course not. What pisses me off is that America's 2nd amendment was being attacked for this before the truth came out, this is why the government should have very limited say on regulations regarding our rights.

The Bush administration terminated the Gun Walker program due to similar problems and Fast and Furious replaced the old program under Obama and I'm sure guns were lost to drug cartels by both programs.

It must be awful living in a country where you assume that every action of your own government is against you.
I assume most govt action is done with the American people in mind... mistakes are made, graft and corruption is
inevitable, but the intent of most govt actions IMO is to protect, serve, help or in general FOR the American People's
benefit.

Like the actions of the Korean, Vietnam, Iraq, and Civil War?  You are the same person that cited the book War is a Racket.  The Federal Government's actions not only senselessly killed hundreds of thousands of Americans, but also millions of other innocent lives.  For what - American People's benefit?  Maybe if you worked for a defense contractor.

When you climb in bed with the Mexican Drug Dealing dogs you're bound to come out with fleas, our government should have known better.
