Don't worry, just like some other laws, the Rotterdam PD doesn't realize this is a state law.  They don't follow it, much less enforce it, the same as our town clerk elect talking on her cell phone while driving.  We're going into a time where we will be ruled by the ones who make and enforce the laws, they just don't follow them.  Look at how this years budget is being balanced, stealing from tax districts.

I would call a biker before i ever called a cop for help and they dont need a fancy building with all the latest crime fighting gear.

But when stripped of their gear they  have little content inside.
Go ahead build your little fort at some one elses expense and make it secure because you are gonna need it when the Sh!t hits the fan next year.
