If you actually read the initial post of this thread -- you would see that the primary goal is encouraging private development and real economic growth.

BTW -- the new park, the new public safety building, new multi-generational community center  are all necessary public projects that would enhance the overall community -- but you NNTPers/Nayboobs  are all about eliminating public services .. especially the police and volunteer fire departments .
