You can tell that the Nayboobs are NOT capable of carrying on a normal intelligent adult conversation/debate --- they always have to resort to personal attacks.   As I have said before, that is why they -- the Republican/NNTPers-Teapartiers have ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIBILITY in Rotterdam anymore and very little left in any other part of Schenectady County.    People are sick of their negativity and resorting to 4th grade level insults.


Anyway - I was at Rotterdam Square Mall for about 4 hours today and after going through the mall -- I stand by my previous statements --- The mall is obsolete and has very poor anchor stores ... it will need a major investment of money to overhaul it ---- preferably transform it into an open-air retail center like Clifton Park Center and Mohawk Commons with anchor stores that will draw customers.

TO REBUILD AND ATTRACT NEW RETAIL

Get rid of the riff raff  ....traffic of constant cabs the riff raff arrive in......gangs that hang out in the front smoking....

and make some rules how old a child  can be there without an adult....

maybe then the Mall will get a better reputation and bigger retail stores may come.

I believe that retail stores base customer sales or total mall sales before they commit to the Mall....
