SUNY Empire State College is based in Saratoga Springs with satellite offices throughout the state. SUNY is overall, Empire State is considered a campus much like SUNY Albany or SUNY Cortland or elsewhere.
SUNY is State University of New York and while Empire State is part of it SUNY is the overall system. It is part of the State College System much like SCCC is also part of SUNY.
I saw where "Bachelor of Science" was the degree earned. That's what ESC does. They do not name a program on the degree. My degree is Bachelor of Science. The coursework I took was in Computer Networks. My degree from SCCC says Associates of Science in Computer Science. Therefore he could describe the degree program as to what he took. But the degree itself only states "Bachelor of Science."

But he does have the piece of plaque he picked up out of the rubble at the world trade center. The NYS website that published the document is first in line when filing the lawsuit. Nobody is saying they were not paid off, just that they have been issued. He's a tax delinquent.
