755% growth in Right Wing extremist groups.

Fears that the nation’s first black president will be re-elected has fueled the dramatic growth extremists groups
in the U.S. over the past year.
The number of groups in the anti-government “Patriot” movement have sky rocketed 755 percent since President
Barack Obama has been elected.  “These groups are becoming more and more aware as they watch the primary
season unfold that Obama is fairly likely to win and some of them are having meltdowns over this.”
“They’re looking at four more years under a very hated black president — hated by them. So, we’re seeing signs
of real anger over that. People saying we’re at war already, saying go out and buy AK-47s and hollow-point bullets,
get tools to derail trains.”

Patriot Groups:
Unlike traditional hate groups, “Patriot” groups subscribe to a set of conspiracy theories and see the government
as their primary enemy. Basically what ‘Patriot’ groups think is that the federal government is an evil cabal in the
hands of bad people,” Potok explained. “The government is about to impose martial law on the country, very
probably with the help of foreign troops, perhaps U.N. troops. They intend to confiscate all guns from Americans.
Those liberty-loving Americans who resisted will be thrown into concentration camps that have secretly
constructed by FEMA. And ultimately the government will force us all into a socialistic kind of one-world
government, the so-called New World Order.”
(WOW!  Sounds like a few of the Ron Paul Groupies on this board!)

In addition to the staggering growth of groups in the “Patriot” movement, hate groups in general have grown
from 926 in 2008 to 1018 last year. Anti-LGBT groups have grown by 27 percent and anti-Muslim groups have
triple from 10 to 30 in just one year.

How about the Occupy groups?  Don't they have an anti-government view? You can't list a percentage increase because they didn't exist until last summer...
Just proof that it works both ways.

Occupy wants to change govt from within... to get legislation that they see as fair to America.

The Right Wing Nut Patriots are arming for what they perceive as a hostile take over of our present form of govt.
They are buying guns and stockpiling supplies for the battle against the NEW WORLD ORDER!

That's the view they want you to believe...But if that's the case, why are they down on wall street and not concentrating their efforts on the US Capital? ALL of their major protests have involved commercial concerns. Its all smoke and mirrors for increased government largess.
More money for education
More money for social programs
Just more money...

Many of the people involved in Occupy are just as anti-government and anarchist leaning as the right wing militias.

the claim that Occupy started as a grass roots org is the biggest lie told in 2011. There is much evidence it was organized and hardly spontaneous.

In the 60's & 70's the armed anarchists were mostly Left Wing (Black Panthers, SLA etc)  They often were
armed and would resort to violence and terrorism to further their goals.

Today it's the Right Wing Terrorists with the guns and violence.  Unlike the Left, today  Right Wing
terrorists also have DOLLARS to fund arms, explosives and recruit new haters.

i guess you didn't see what Occupy did to Oakland this summer and fall.
To say Occupy isn't funded is a joke. The Unions got in to the mix very early in the process....

As I posted...
"(Black Panthers, SLA etc)"
the 'etc' takes in a wide range of radicals... some vocal, some violent
some both.

What about the radical Attorney General that justified the execution of American Citizens without due process?  When did that become part of American main stream?  I would call that DANGEROUSLY radical.

We have immoral men passing immoral laws, then lemmings like box supporting it on the grounds of it being "legal".  He would have made a great Nazi.

People are becoming radicalized because the lack of faith in the people inside Washington.  People are losing faith in the democracy.

Ever hear of "Johnny One Note"?
His horn only had one note.. and he played that one note  over and over and over... Kinda like Cic and
his obsession with this issue.

So tell us Cic... What Right Wing (or even left wing) terrorist group are you posting about?
The White House Patriots?  LMAO!!!

No matter what the issue, no matter what the discussion is about... Cic will eventually bring up Yemen, Predator
Drones, and his BFFL... an Al Qaeda Terrorist.

The race card 1st thing should be a indication that this is propaganda, then to see it came from the SPLC which is now tied with DHS should seal the deal. Nobody gives a rats a$$ that Obama is 1/2 black, what they're concerned of is a unsustainable debt and the fact that our constitution is all but dead today.

Yeah they sure did try to change it from within when they smashed the doors of city hall tearing the place apart while burning the flag (which they stole) outside of the building while the crowd cheered

"Nobody gives a rats a$$ that Obama is 1/2 black,"
Henry,
it would be nice if your statement were true, but unfortunately there is a militant segment of society that
cares very much that a black man is in the white house.
They care enough to form terrorist groups and buy guns...

~ "Not every attack against President Obama is racist, of course. Some of his detractors take issue with his
policy alone and not with his skin color. When the president’s opponents use racial stereotypes to
undermine him or suggest that he’s lying about his origins because he’s different—biracial, bred outside
of the continental U.S. and born to a Kenyan father with a “strange name”—an undercurrent of racism
is often at play.
As former President Jimmy Carter said in 2009: “When a radical fringe element of demonstrators …begin
to attack the president of the United States as an animal or as a reincarnation of Adolf Hitler…people who
are guilty of that kind of personal attack against Obama have been influenced to a major degree by a
belief that he should not be president because he happens to be African American.”

Somebody better tell Obama he is only half black...
He marked african-american on his census form when there was a checkbox for mixed race.

Sure there will be that small amount who cares but it is so minimal it is laughable. The overwhelming majority of those who SPLC considers extremist worry about policies and policies alone. To them extremist is anyone who believes in the constitution, if you are a constitutionalist you must be anti-government. If you own a firearm and are a conservative you must be a militia member. They're so fcking out of touch with reality it isn't funny any more and to see people who believe their BS worries me, I followed what SPLC has been putting out for years and they're to put it frankly Anti-Conservative.

What a croc, I seen more people tie Bush to Hitler than Hitler himself, I doubt you even believe what Carter said.
