When you take the chance to knowingly breakind the law then there are consequences, like the saying goes: if you can't do the time don't do the crime.

When working undercover on a conspiracy case, there is always the danger that the terrorists will
act ahead of schedule, and kill a bunch of Americans.
The FBI opted to go for a "conspiracy" conviction, rather than a multiple murder conviction if they had
waited.
Since conspiracy is always difficult to prove, they decided on safety of the American Public, instead of
a sure thing multiple murder conviction later.

The Hutaree Case: Next Time, They'll Just Send In The Drones

Next time the Regime identifies a group of people as “domestic terrorists,” the result might be summary execution, or imprisonment in military custody, rather than a trial. This is one very plausible result of the dismissal of “seditious conspiracy” charges against members of Michigan’s Hutaree militia.

Thanks to the legal environment created by the NDAA, the Feds won’t have to run the risk involved in submitting the next “domestic terrorism” case to the scrutiny of a court. Now that Attorney General Eric Hoder has helpfully clarified that “due process” and “judicial process” aren’t the same thing, it’s entirely possible that the next group of American dissidents identified by the SPLC or other self-appointed political watchdog groups as “terrorists” could be targeted by a drone-fired missile or a presidential strike team.

When asked by Rep. Thomas Graves (R-Georgia) if such "targeted assassinations" could be conducted domestically as well as overseas, FBI Commissar Robert Mueller pointedly refused to rule out the possibility. This was probably welcome news to Leslie Larsen, the FBI Agent who presided over the Hutaree case.

"We haven't worked a year and a half on this investigation and risked [an undercover agent's] life to walk away from this with 3 arrests," groused the secret police investigator two years ago. At the time it appeared that the FBI wouldn’t be able to manufacture a criminal conspiracy out of a few trivial firearms violations and a surfeit of anti-government rhetoric.

During the past decade, false flag operations targeting disaffected Muslims have become the FBI’s métier. The Hutaree was the first non-Muslim “domestic extremist” groups to be cast as the lead in one of the Bureau’s post-911 Homeland Security Theater productions. U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts, who was able to see the plot holes in the FBI’s implausible script, had the character and good sense to dismiss the case with prejudice.

In her order granting the defense motion for summary judgment, Roberts – who had previously expressed severe skepticism regarding the supposed merits of the case – lambasted the Feds for repeatedly venturing beyond "inference to pure speculation” and “attempting to formulate an alternative theory of criminal liability” when it became clear that they couldn’t provide tangible evidence of intent to commit an overt criminal act. This resulted in a theory of the case “based primarily on two conversations … the first on August 13, 2009, and the second on February 20, 2010.”.....Read More...

The FBI could also arrest all of them, call them terrorists, and lock them in a military prison indefinitely thanks to the legal environment created by the NDAA, the Feds won’t have to run the risk involved in submitting the next “domestic terrorism” case to the scrutiny of a court.

Arizona Killer was Nazi & GOP Official

For several years, Arizona vigilante J.T. Ready conducted armed, civilian patrols along the U.S. border,
urging the use of militia violence to prevent smuggling and illegal immigration.

On Wednesday, Ready, who was running for Pinal County sheriff, went on a shooting rampage in a
sedate Gilbert neighborhood, killing four people before he took his own life... The victims ranged from
a 15-month-old infant to a 47-year-old grandmother.

Ready, a prospective candidate for Pinal County Sheriff, was founder of U.S. Border Guard and a
member of the Minuteman Project, both nationally prominent anti-illegal immigration organizations.
At one time, he also belonged to the National Socialist Movement, which espouses White-supremacist
theories.  Ready failed to win a bid for the Arizona House of Representatives in 2004

In 2008, Ready became a Republican precinct committeeman in Legislative District 18.
Ready distributed racist and anti-Semitic materials at a Republican Committee meeting, Arizona
congressmen John Shadegg, Jeff Flake, and Trent Franks wrote to the chairman of the local
Republican Party and asked that he be ousted as precinct committeeman.
“They’ve sold out to the Zionists and the international bankers,” Ready explained to The Arizona
Republic at the time.

I don't know...............I don't think the body count was high enough to consider him a terrorist............................I'd classify him as a dumb-a** baby killing thug who did every one a favor by killing himself.......JMHO........curious though, would you consider him selfish since he committed suicide?...........since he deprived the citizens of Arizona the chance to try, convict and incarcerate or kill him would that be a selfish act?

What a scumbag, at least he did us a favor in killing himself instead of having taxpayers foot his stay in prison

The trial to convict him would have cost a fortune as well, good riddance.

Here is a crime that actually OCCURRED rather than just being talked about. A left wing HATE GROUP OF TERRORISTS (Most democraps are) burned a bus that had pro-life messages on it in the cover of darkness. We know that communists have a long history of sabotage and terror, usually taking place in the darkness as democrap scum have no guts to such things in daylight.

So which is more serious? An arson or talk of a plot? Of course no one will be arrested and no one will be pursued and no one will be suspected in the arson. It is not politically correct to arrest communist scum like Box's friends and others who do these things.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I read that news story at another site Henry.  It's sad that Right Wing, anti government terrorists
are so common these days that they don't grab the headlines like they used to.

Below photos of the two wounded and two killed police officers:
