the rating agencies will be re-evaluating EVERYONE.....sovereign $ will get absorbed and you and I will trade in points....much like the Xbox 360 and other 'earned points' via American Express/Visa Gold etc etc etc.......

BIGGER PICTURE FOLKS....BIGGER.....BACK AWAY FROM THE TREE TRUNK.......SEE IT? CAN YOU SEE IT? many roads converge into one........look look look....but can you SEE?

If we can't manage our finances in the town with the 'tangible' $$ with 50/50 raffles and such(hiding in the open) it will be much harder when the world of 'virtual value' really hits.....right now we have every opportunity to change the system
that is riding on our backs....and that means holding our elected's feet to the fire.....

1. gumbas
2. contracts
3. colas

niskayuna was downgraded by a ratings agency.....who are they? what do they do? think what it will do to Rotterdam....future future future......

we went to full valuation and a re-val......why? because those rating agencies and our elected leaders KNEW what was coming down the pike.....TIME TO TRIM and get the mold out......because the control of our budgets will be very
difficult in the virtual world......the wizard of OZ will have a good curtain to stand behind.......let's make sure we know EXACTLY what levers the wizard will be in charge of......

thank you.....knowledge is power....

and BTW

have you seen what happened at the Sr Center in Nisky???   Gazette had an article a few days ago

they are only open for the Seniors 2 days a week....yet the person that has been there for a long time and
was forced toresign by choice...actually had the rug pulled out from under her by an underlying political plan
replaced by someone who no one knew.....her hours were cut......and duties stripped.....
hostile environment...favoritism

does any of this sound familiar to Rotterdam and especially the Seniors?

Looks like an epidemic to workers not politically affiliated that have no support and forced out by a bunch of bullies.this is a democracy???   this is a violation of rights....freedom of choice  ..

Diane Marco is the Jewel of Rotterdam. Her caring staff is still in place there and they intend to do her good work until she returns to her instrumental position in ALL areas of Town Government....One thing I can tell you is that she will NOT be limited in her role as Town Clerk in any way....Her caring and thoughtfulness will be felt in all areas of the town and its services to the residents. She will be the most proactive Town Clerk in the State and possibly in the Country.

Supervisor Harry Buffardi will NOT need to look any farther than his right hand to find who he needs to administer the Town's day to day activities while he is handling his duties at the Community College where is one of the best Professors on staff.....Be looking for Diane to have a hand in shaping a new Multi-Modal Rotterdam Community Center that will serve the needs of ALL the citizens.... HOORAY for DIANE MARCO- OUR NEXT TOWN CLERK AND SENIOR DIRECTOR! HIP HIP HOORAY!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

What went on in Schenectady with the person just arrested for fraud...

Consider the Sr Center.. might be occurring now...who knows...but the fundraiser was in the same light

and who promoted it???    the ONE..full of tricks and deceit.

AC for Town Clerk....new face....new ideas.....change the face of the Office...with a refreshing and sincere smile

the first sportsbra was 2 jockstraps sewn together.....that doesn't make it new.....

just because the golden jock strap may be turned into a sports bra DEFINITELY DOES NOT equat to revitalization........
