Rotterdam will have a new multi-generational community center by 2020 --- and in the meantime we will be working to EXPAND the programs available to Senior and Youth and to every age group in between.

Because that's the only job the troll could get: one that doesn't pay!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

You will NEVER see the boomers going to rotterdam's senior gossip center. It will die it's own death!!

it was and could have been a great place but it took one person to bring it down

I guess no one knows that this person didn't have qualifications to run it....so the TB changed the job title.

pulled an underhanded , under the rug.....

Spent a lot of money needlessly to revamp the place....didn't help the atmosphere of what was to be a

pleasant place....oh what tales were woved.

the Senior Center is a great place and would be even better if Frank DelGallo and Bob Godlewski hadn't interfered and pulled their POLITICAL MACHINE-THUG LIKE STUNTS.

The rotterdam senior gossip center has been 'lost in time' for decades. And that is right where the 'stuck in time' rotterdamians want it.  Both dems and reps have always just gone along with the status quo. Never had a vision of the future on ANYTHING!!!

Unlike Glenville who are future visionaries. They made provisions for the boomers and a fine job they did!!

Again..........Catholic charities is glenvilles version of the BRASS RAIL!! Genius!

Compare budgets and services!

I have more faith in the community than you do and am convinced that we can implement the Vision 20/20 plan that calls for MORE recreational and community programming for PEOPLE OF ALL AGES -- not just youth and seniors ... and I am convinced that we can do much of it by tapping into the community spirit of volunteerism and VOLUNTARY FINANCIAL GENEROSITY.   There is a lot we can do without asking for more tax dollars -- and we will do that.

I know this because I have fielded many telephone calls from residents and been approached by many residents while I have been out in the town  expressing their support for the Vision 20/20 proposal and expressing a willingness to pitch in to help maintain, improve and expand our parks, recreation and community programs.

Senders, you and I know what they serve at the Slash Tail:

A big plate of GREECE and an extra-large COLA.

The food at the Brass Rail is actually pretty good -- nothing fancy --- but still pretty good.
